The band’s themselves are really nice. They look exactly as I wanted. I was disappointed with customer service tho. I ordered 300 Grey bands. I received 2oo grey & 100 white bands. The grey was for brain cancer and the reason I ordered them. When I contacted customer service they did not try to rectify my order. They told me I ordered wrong. No refund. No corrections. Not good customer service.

They came way quicker than I expected and were exactly what I wanted. No questioning this purchase. This was a good one. I would buy from them again!!!

They failed to follow instructions and missed the deadline for a fallen officer’s funeral. This was my second order with wrist-band.com, and I’ve ordered wristbands many times elsewhere, so I know the process. I skipped the proof, it was approved, and I have a screenshot showing it was sent to production. Then someone “unapproved” it—likely to avoid rush shipping costs. They didn’t apologize until I called them out and offered nothing to make it right—just canceled my order. I still planned to order for the family, but they completely dropped the ball. I’m going back to 24hourwristbands.com—one day slower, but far more reliable.

The ordering process was so easy that at first I felt like it might be a scam. My order was only for a small quantity of wrist bands for a birthday party. It was delivered on time and the order was exactly as I requested! Extremely happy with the process and result!

Not pleased with the embossed lettering on the inside, can’t see or read it and the message is a very important part of the bracelet.

Great customer service

After waiting for 5/6 weeks, said watch arrived. What a load of crap, no instructions/ won't connect to phone/battery lasts about 8/9 hours. The plastic bit on the buckle snapped after about 10 uses. No return address. What a waste of £30. DO NOT BUY...?
