I was disappointed as the print…
I was disappointed as the print originally showed hearts and when it came it did not have what print showed. Cheri was the font. I chose that print for the hearts! Also, did not recieve in time which they did refund 11.00
For not being on time but still
Didn’t get what I ordered. I want to order again but feeling like they still wont get right and felt like they should have done it right after my complaint of not having the right font.

First time I’ve used these guys I had…
First time I’ve used these guys I had 100 koozie made.had them in just a couple days. They came out perfect. I ran out needed 50 more on short order for a funeral and they blew out out of the water again got them early perfect again. I highly recommend this company. I can’t say thank you enough.

I did not get what I thought I ordered and could not see my order form to confirm that it was wrong. I reached out to the company to request to see what my order said, or have the situation corrected. Although my first attempt to contact support did not get a result, the company did eventually reach out and requested to know how I made contact as they want to make sure to improve their service. The results show I did approve the wrong item, so I am willing to admit the mistake. I have experienced good quality in the past with wrist bands ordered and would give a five if the process had not been a bit confusing.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY WRISTBANDS
Package was Supposed to be delivered by May 28, 2026. WRISTBAND PUT THE WRONG ZIP CODE BY ONE NUMBER. I spoke with a UPS AGENT and confirmed the correct information on May 28, 2026. The agent assured me the package would be delivered on May 28, 2026 by end of the day. The package never got delivered. I called and spoke with 3 different agents on May 30, 2026 and was again reassured the package would be delivered on JUNE 1, 2026. NO PACKAGES DELIVERED! I SPOKE WITH OTHER AGENTS WITH REASSURANCE. STILL NO PACKAGE. JUN E 5, 2026 I SPOKE WITH AGENTS THAT REASSURED ME THE PACKAGE WOULD BE DELIVERED JUNE 8, 2026. STILL NO PACKAGE DELIVERY. I SPOKE WITH AGENT JUNE 8, 2026 AT 5:00PM AND SHE KEPT GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. WRISTBAND OFFERED ME NO REAL SOLUTIONS. I EMAILED TGE SALES DEPARTMENT LAST WEEK AND GO NO RESPONSE. ( I HAVE SPENT HOURS AND DAYS TRYING TO GET A PACKAGE DELIVERED. SLEEPLESS NIGHTS BECAUSE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO B E THERE IN MAY 2026) WRISTBAND MADE THE ORIGINAL ERROR, BUT WOULD NOT CALL UPS TO EVE. CHECK ON THE PACKAGE. ( I FINALLY ASKED FOR A REFUND) BUT WHO COMPENSATES FOR HOURS IF FRUSTRATION, PACKAGE NEVER DELIVERED BECAUSE WRISTBAND PUT THE WRONG ZIP CODE. ( WHY WASN'T I OFFERED A REFUND AND FOR WRISTBAND TO MAKE MY 400 WRIST BANDS FREE AND RESHIPPED TO ME. ( I DON'T FEEL LIKE WRISTBAND ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. ESPECIALLY WHEN WRISTBAND MADE THE ORIGINAL MISTAKE TO START WITH) WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME ORDERING FROM WRISTBAND AND POSSIBLY MY LAST TIME AND I DEFINITELY WONT RECOMMEND WRISTBAND TO ANY ONE!!!

I didn't receive the product I ordered…
I didn't receive the product I ordered (I received iron on transfers instead of die cute stickers) and the help I'm receiving in an attempt to correct the problem is less than satisfactory. I'm not sure where the miscommunication is coming from but I received a proof and still, that proof isn't looking like what I am trying to order. Overall, a very dissatisfied experience as a whole. Will likely not order again.

My order was printed incorrectly and upon trying to get this mattter fixed multiple employees did not help me and simply told me it was all my fault. I will be making sure to tell all my friend to never use this business because they will not do justice to their creative ideas take their money and leaving them feeling angry and disappointed.
I would like to add that their reply should be void. I have responded to them and they did nothing other then tell me it was my fault and all they could offer was 25% to reorder. That is simply ridiculous for a mistake they have made. They continue to lie and gaslight their customers.stay far far away
