I had an issue with a plugin not updating due to the license not working, then an issue with the plugin not loading correctly. I sent an email through the contact form and within 5 minutes got a response back. Kamil was my support rep and he was fantastic. He went into the backend of my site quickly and had us taken care of within just a few minutes. Pretty rare to get good plugin support like that these days and I had to leave a review in appreciation. Great job guys and thank you.

Good plugin's but waiting weeks for support. Need to provide instant chat like Divi and will actually gain more customers for it. More work needs to be put into customer support and care. Products are good and will sell. Just please provide better support for you're products.

Although it took a while but they really made the effort to solve my issues.

I paid to download Page Builder Everywhere for use on a single site (specifically not choosing the annual membership option also listed) and neither needed nor received any further service from divi.space.

Imagine my surprise a year later when I got a "your subscription has been successfully renewed" email saying my card had been debited. I immediately contacted the sender (Aspen Grove Studios) to advise I was unaware of any subscription and had now cancelled, and to refund the charge given no service was desired or would be provided. They flat out refused referring to the fine print on their website.

The refusal to refund an annual service fee (cancelled on the same day charged) demonstrates they don't try to earn this fee, hence why they don't ever email you mentioning your annual subscription before they charge your card again.

But the original transaction receipt emailed to me does not mention any annual charge, renewal or subscription. This is clearly deceptive.

I encourage everyone to contact their bank to get a chargeback applied (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX process). Send your bank your receipt as part of the chargeback dispute and you should win.

Deceptive vendors charging fees for no service (and with no disclosure of renewal charges on their transaction receipt emails) should be driven out of business or forced to be honest.

I received a free 1-Year Divi Space membership from Elegant Themes last year. It was part of their annual Black Friday promotion. I have a web design agency and I mainly use Divi as a website builder. I came across a bunch of third party plugins/membership in the past 3 years and I have to say, Divi Space is not one of them that impressed me the most so far.

My team and I gave it a try since it was free. After a week of trying it, we all came to the conclusion that it didn't serve us much, so we quickly forgot about it.

The design of their child themes and layout packs lack in innovation from a design standpoint. I have to say Elegant Themes does a much better job at it, and at a much faster rate (twice a week).

Their plugins serve almost not purposes after Divi 4.0 update.. One of them I liked was "WP and Divi Icons", it has cool features. Divi Rocket is not even close to be as good as WP Rocket (good job on finding a unique name btw), Divi switch is just adding bloat to Divi for some really simple CSS tweaks. Page Builder everywhere is basically the same thing (but less intuitive) as the Divi 4.0 Theme Builder. I tried to Testify on 1 website, huge waste of time. I didn't test recently though, I hope they improved it since...

Overall, I would not recommend. On top of all this, I got charged 149 USD for the renewal 1-year later. I asked the support for a refund on the same day the transaction passed, and they refused right away.

As I said before, I bought many third party plugins in the past couple years, and I can always tell the quality of the product by how reluctant the authors are to provide a refund. Whenever a plugin author is confident about its product, and they care about customer satisfaction, they provide refunds no questions asked. So this adds up to my disappointments towards Divi Space as a business.

I purchased a very inexpensive child theme from Aspen Grove, and when I had a problem, received help worth 100x what I paid for the files. Testify is next on my list. Soon as I get further into this site.

Very helpful team who responded quickly to my problem. I particularly love their wide range of plugins which really boost the Divi theme that many marketers know and love.

I purchased the yearly membership to primarily only use 3 plugins. Page builder everywhere, divi switch and WP & Divi Icons.
Of those 3 I have only been able to use PBE as the other 2 have been nothing but problematic and have had issues.

The Divi icons often did not display properly, had issues with caching plugins and caused significant performance issues in the divi builder. So had to use image icons instead.

Divi Switch has not been very reliable either and has caused a number issues with sites not displaying properly and outright breaking, also having issues with caching plugins.
I had to disable Divi switch due to the issues, and resort to writing manual CSS instead to achieve the same results.

I have been reluctant to overly use PBE either as a result of the issues with the other 2.

Many times when I contacted them for support I had to chase them for days or even weeks for a reply.

I was also deeply concerned about the complete lack of security knowledge and understanding of the most recent person I spoke to. As a cybersecurity consultant, it really doesn't make me want to give them access to my site when they want you to UNBLOCK an entire country which has been causing issues, just to give them access on a dynamic IP address.

Overall I cannot really recommend Divi Space based on my experience and am currently looking for an alternative set of plugins.

Divi space is really awesome! one of the best websites for buying a Divi plugin or theme. I am already a customer since 2017 and use the plugins for more than 40 customers. because of their plugins, Divi websites seem even more professional.

I once had a problem with the system, but this turned out to be a mistake in the system with 2 email address. After I contacted the support department, I immediately got help and my problem was solved. I am so satisfied that I write a review for the first time in my life.

I can recommend anyone to buy a plugin here! Good support, good code.
