I ordered the Lifetime membership which after I found out it doesn't include the Aspen plugins.
The plugins slowed down my site to a crawl.
The next day I asked for a refund as they say they have a "14 day no questions asked" refund policy.
Turns out they only process refunds on Fridays so had to wait a few days. Friday came, and I didn't receive a refund. Now I supposedly have to wait for next Friday.
So far not a pleasant experience.

Update:
Have received my refund now. It seems there was a misunderstanding regarding an automated message, and a member of staff that had to leave for family reasons and wasn't able to process my refund. Updated to 3 stars from 1.
A lot of the plugins would have been good except for the bloat/slowdown they caused.

I've used Divi Space for many years and recently got some support from Lukasz with one of their plugins so that I could mirror the style of the shop module with the related products as it doesn't do it as standard.

Lukasz went the extra mile for me and logged into my site and helped to copy the style across and left me the CSS so I could do it myself next time.

Really impressed he did it and it's helped massively.

They are legit as they get. They respond fast. Solve problems that support doesn't need to solve and their plugins and themes are great!

For those who are thinking whether they should buy or not from them all I can say is my experience.
So I bought a theme and I had a few small problems with it, I wrote to the support team and they were with me all day long working to fix the little issues in the my account section.
Great people, fast responding, they were listening to what I was saying. They even listened to my advice of what I noticed with this theme and we fixed everything.
So I encourage you to go buy and if there are any problems they will help you.

Support is top notch and super fast. Usually most plugins support takes a few days for a response, they were getting back to me within hours and helped me figure out what I was trying to do.. Thanks so much

Customer Service is Abysmal

A plugin I haven't used for 9 months auto-renewed with no notice. They refused to give a refund saying that "due to the nature of digital products blah blah blah" even though
--no additional virtual merchandise was received
-- I received ZERO emails letting me know my subscription was going to renew
-- and even though I emailed support immediately after my unexpected renewal.

Not a fan of this business model.

Customer support for this plugin is ABOVE AND BEYOND. The plugin itself is awesome, and made my Divi cart and checkout pages look amazing, but the personalized customer support when I experienced a few issues was hands-down amazing!!

Divi Space have such great products! As a web designer who used Divi for all my builds, I am always on the lookout for good quality plugins to help me pull off my designs. Page builder everywhere and Testify have both helped take a number of my designs to the next level.

My experience with Divi space has been with their DIVI Shop Builder plugin. I have to say it works great and gives much needed flexibility of designing /styling the Woocommerce environment. Best i have used for DIVI and they promise improvement and new features. Since i purchased it i have received two update in two weeks.
As for support, i am quite impressed. patient and kno'ledgable staff that provides solutions and candid feedback. I have worked with Marek whom i appreciate his readiness to assist and quick responses. Looking forward to seeing this product gro'

The Divi Shop Builder is a very handy tool and the Support of Divi Space was also great!

Absolutely amazing service! Overall site speed is phenomenal; I noticed the difference almost immediately and Google Page Insights agreed.
On top of that, the customer service has been 200% at every question. I worked with Alex on several issues (that were of my own creation); he was quick, attentive and had my problems solved as fast as I could send them. Truly amazing hosting service!

Divi Space support is so helpful. Anytime I've had an issue they have been really quick to respond. I've even gotten responses outside of their written hours. Whether I need a snippet of css to help me solve a problem or help with anything else, they always make me feel good that I reached out.
