Rubbish ! Paid £77 for a coat which came in shrink wrap packaging . Completely wrinkled of extremely poor quality . I gave it 1 star but it actually deserves a big fat 0

Very disappointing experience.The dress I received was significantly different from the product photos and description on the website and the quality was poor, including loose/unfinished stitching.

I contacted Woverelle and provided photos. Instead of offering a straightforward resolution, I was repeatedly offered 25%, 40%, 50% and even 60% partial refunds to keep the dress. When I requested a full refund and offered to return it, I was told I would have to pay international return postage to the Netherlands myself.

The company later acknowledged in writing that “the item you received doesn’t quite match what was intended.”

Very disappointing experience. I would recommend being very cautious before ordering and carefully checking the returns process.

What a scam. Please avoid this company.

My goodness, this product was a cheap product from China advertised as a company from the Netherlands. I received the goods today but also had to pay for the delivery, which specifically said they would deliver for free. The shorts don't fit (way too big), and the quality looks like something from the market. Awful. I am not sure i will even get a refund. I doubt it.

Absolutely avoid this terrible company, the clothing is of the poorest standard,delivery took over 3 weeks, customer service is terrible and is a bot,the clothing looked nothing like on the website and sizes are not true to size....I feel like I have been ripped off...Absolutely awful experience

Having taken 2 weeks to turn up, the quality is poor and looks nothing like it does online. Request a return and refund had to back and forth 7/8 times with a bot trying to give me a partial refund or replacement I didn’t want.
Finally had confirmation of a return, but haven’t recieved it, and followed up with many many emails to which I have had no reply. They do keep sending promotional emails though. Do not order from this company unless you like poor quality clothing and unable to get a refund.

Do not buy from this company. Total scam. As others have said unable to return item and get refund.
This is a scam company.

I ordered a blouse from this company. I want to return it, but all I get are email after email explaining my options instead of giving me a return address. So far, I've been waiting for an address with no success.
I want a full refund, but they are trying to offer me 60% instead, which isn't what I want. I will never use this company again and would not recommend. I am very dissapointed.

This site is a total scam. I inadvertently purchased four pairs of men's shorts when I thought I was on the M&S web site. Totally my fault as I hit a sponsored site. After I received the shorts they were extremely poor quality. I would never wear them. Poor cut, poor fabric. On the day they arrived I contacted Woverelle to return and get a refund. After 5 emails of appologies over two week then totally silence.
NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Scam artists! They sent me products that were completely different to what I ordered and have offered nothing back to me when I requested a refund. Stopped replying as soon as I mentioned refund

I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely disgusted Woverelle and their apparent customer service. The garment I purchased was not the correct size and I asked for a refund. I was subsequently offered alternatives and other items but all I require is a refund for the jacket that is too small and extremely poor quality. “Cynthia” in customer service will now not respond to me as I have asked 3 times for a refund and the address to send the item back to. This website feels like a scam.

Would never order from here again. Website states 5-9 days uk delivery. Ordered trousers on the 3rd of July, they took 5 days to process the order. Received and email saying expected delivery 16th - 20th. Finally arrived on the 23rd. Trousers are bad quality and poor material and look like they have been made by a kid in a sweat shop, no labels or tags and wrong size. Trying to arrange a return and refund and was told they would send me another pair if I pay them more money for delivery, and I could keep the poor quality pair i have that don't fit. Absolute scam, don't order from here. Will be contacting my credit card company to get a refund.

Really awful experience. Purchased swimsuits in various sizes because the website says you can return items for any reason with 30 days. Neither fit and both strange design so I requested to return for a refund, only to be told that for hygiene reasons they legally can't be returned. This is mentioned nowhere on their website and it against my consumer rights. I then got repeated seemingly AI produced emails offering me another size if I pay for the postage. No reference to the emails I've sent or discussion around the points I raised. A bizarre customer service black hole going nowhere so have had to raise with my payment provider.

If I could give this stupid company less than a 0, I would. Cynthia was testing my patience. I ordered a medium dress which was nice, but it was a bit small. I requested an exchange and informed them that I needed it in two weeks for an event (which is how long the original took to arrive - so I was happy with that), and in the beginning, Cynthia seemed helpful, and she said she will arrange a bigger size to be dispatched to me at an extra cost of £7.50 if I confirmed the size I wanted. I confirmed on the same day, and for the past week and a half, Cynthia has been acting very stupid by sending me the same automated emails repeatedly, after confirming several times that I want a bigger size sent to me. She said that it has been dispatched, and then sends me an email later to ask me to confirm if I want a bigger size, despite confirming several times. This means the dress had not been dispatched. Even the extra cost changed from £7.50 to £9.50 to £8.50 in the several emails she would send. She then offered for the bigger dress to be sent without charging me the extra cost, and then when I asked for a status, she then said I should confirm that I want the bigger size to be sent at an extra cost of £8.50. The dress was never dispatched. I then requested a refund several times, and she is still sending me those stupid automated emails asking me to confirm whether I want a bigger size and to pay the extra costs. She is deliberately ignoring my refund request.

I ordered two tops for a festival I had planned. Both of them suited so nice, so I had to keep them both 🤭 Quality was really good and delivery within a week.

This is a company that seemingly operates in the US but the goods are sent from China. The item I purchased eventually arrived but not in the timeline they suggested. I sent 2 emails and never received a reply.I ordered a S a M was sent. I strongly advise against having an dealings with this company.

Poor poor poor customer relations. Ordered a men’s 44inch chest jacket - it’s miles too small, even though I am 44 inch chest. Have sent FOUR emails asking for advice on how I return the item - no reply from Woverelle on each occasion! That’s £44 down the drain! Be warned!!

Not the greatest experience, firstly I tried to cancel my order, I was told I cannot as it was already shipped out, I never received a notification until after a week of first contact that the order was shipped out. Took another 2 weeks to receive the items. Bear in mind I have been in contact with customer service which was good, but I think it is all a sham. This company uses guise saying it will cost you more to return it, as it’s all the way in the Netherlands.
Quality of the items were bad, nothing like what was seen on the website. In the end I got fed up, all I got was 15% back of my payment and left with items I done want.
