I was honestly worried after reading some mixed opinions, but my experience was very positive. The dress arrived sooner than I thought and the quality was much better than expected.

Scam!!! I never received the dress and didn’t receive the money back either! All the positive comments here seem fake

Total scam!! I never received the dress and they have yet to refund the money. It has been over three months since I ordered and they keep telling me to be patient.

Fast delivery, and the dress looks exactly like the photos

I haven’t received my order, and it’s been over a month. Despite sending multiple emails requesting a refund, they keep making excuses instead of resolving the issue. I hope I will at least get my refund. Do not buy from this website.

Truffa evidente – abito mai arrivato!
Ho ordinato un abito su Chanteluxe il 19 novembre, con consegna dichiarata in 5 giorni.
Ad oggi non ho ricevuto nulla, nessun tracking valido, nessuna spedizione reale.
Nel frattempo ho scoperto che le stesse foto e gli stessi articoli sono presenti su un sito serio e affidabile, il che conferma che Chanteluxe utilizza immagini rubate e probabilmente non ha alcun prodotto reale.
Ho richiesto il rimborso più volte, ma continuano a inventare scuse: “in transito”, “policy di reso”, ecc.
È evidente che questo sito è una truffa e inganna i clienti.

Non ordinate nulla su Chanteluxe: è un rischio reale, vi prendono in giro e vi rubano i soldi.

Ils répondent toujours la même chose par mail.
