I was most impressed by the prompt responses I received from my queries. This was either by email or by phone. The staff who assisted me were kind, considerate and understanding and explained the issues and requirements in a fashion that made me feel very comfortable. I give Natalie, my main contact person, full credit for putting my mind at rest and assuring me everything was going according to plan.

Linda Foster at Worthington Clark messaged me via LinkedIn some months ago. I don’t read my messages on LinkedIn that often but I am pleased I did. Worthington Clark offered to reclaim monies owed to me from many years ago. I lived in the US from 2007-23 and I never received the payments that were posted to me to my Australian address. Linda and I corresponded over some weeks and she then referred me to other members of the team. I was a wee bit sceptical as to whether Worthington Clark could find the monies but thought I had nothing to lose. So I took all the steps as prescribed by Worthington Clark and submitted my portfolio of documents. Within about a fortnight transfers were being made to me from Worthington Clark. To date I have received payments for about 85% of the outstanding funds. I now predict I will receive payments for all the funds. At first I was a little taken aback by the fact that Worthington Clark would retain 25% of the funds received. However, after considering that I doubt I could have retrieved the funds on my own, Worthington Clark have value added to the process and deserve their percentage of the funds received. So I am very happy with what has occurred so far and see no reason why the process will not be completed in due course.
