Worldwide Cruises Arvostelua

Over the years we have been using Eddie, at Worldwide Cruises, who has consistently provided us with an exceptional service for our holiday needs.

We provide him with the basics of what we want for our trips, and he expertly takes care of the rest, along with very competitive pricing has always impressed us.

We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Worldwide Cruises.

Saw the advertisment on Worldwidecruises.com telephoned and spoke to Eddie in the morning, and 3 hours later it was finalized, Cruise, flight e-tickets received..... Very efficient. Would definately recommend.

This is the second cruise we have booked with WWCs and they are so easy and friendly to deal with and provide an excellent cruise at a great price. Thanks Eddie gor making it do easy.

Just booked an Australian/New Zealand holiday with Eddie- what amazing service! The speed he came back with our quote was unbelievable and emails were answered straight away despite the time of night sent. The package he put together was incredible value for money with many extras! Can’t to take the trip now
Will definitely be contacting him again for future bookings

Wow Eddie was extremely fast with a quote and responses from my follow ups. Professional and friendly and went the extra mile. First time with this company since Jetliner collapsed. If rest of info and holiday as good as initially, then will defo be back for next one :)

Hi just booked a Caribbean cruise with Eddie from worldwide cruises. He was very informative he certainly knew his information. I was assured throughout our many phone calls what the itinerary was what hotel and and flights were available etc. as it’s our first cruise he went into every detail nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Eddie I would highly recommend you.

Jess at Worldwide Cruises was once again extremely helpful. We have just returned from a cruise booked with these guys, everything was superb. So much so I have just booked another cruise through Worldwide Cruises.

I always speak to Mo. He has found me some great deals and I find his price is always the best. He is always listening to and delivering. my requests.

Worldwide Cruises aftercare is excellent. After the first cruise I booked with Mo, I received a phone call from him. Due to an issue, I had to rearrange the internal flight and he phoned to see if everything was ok I really appreciated the call, (Thanks again Mo)

Would I book with Worldwide Cruises again? You bet I would and in fact have 2 booked with them for 2025 & 2026. Their service is excellent.

This is my second booking with Eddie of Worldwide Cruises. Eddie always provides an honest view as to what’s best from an experience and pricing perspective. There is never a need to pressure you into booking, he’s always trying to ensure it’s the right package for you. Will definitely be back for our next trip.

Efficient, Helpful, Knowledgeable. Came up with a great package

Mo was a great help when booking my cruise to Japan.
He suggested hotels for before and after the cruise and helpful information about the transfers.
He responsed very quickly to my emails and was helpful on the phone too. Would use this company again due to the exellent customer service.

We would like to thank Worldwide Cruises for your continued service and after-service, you have great attention to detail we are currently in the Hilton Cocabana, thanks to Samuel, who has looked after us for years, and who we believe has now moved on, we now continue in the same if not improvement further with Eddie, hope you keep up all the great work that Samuel has done for us.

The service we received was above excellent , Eddie goes above and beyond to help us and we don’t go anywhere else, Eddie has helped us for many years now and is our go to every time we need to arrange travel. Can’t thank Eddie enough for all that he does for us .

This is the 3rd time I have used Eddie at Worldwide Cruises and wouldn't use anyone else. He takes the stress out of the whole thing from booking to completion. Always at hand to answer questions, with a quick response.

We found Neil Chauhan helpful, polite and nothing seemed to have been a problem for him.

Eddie was supportive from start to finish with options and clarifications to the trip communicated efficiently.
Sorted out a couple of alterations due to weather, immediately with no fuss. Always available with good back up.

Booked again with this company, this the third time & Samuel is always amazing to find the best deals for us & supply everything for our needs. He's so friendly & very knowledgeable about the trips we like. Great customer service , he's an absolute credit to Worldwide Cruises & we will definitely be using him again .
I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a cruise.

Contrary experiencewith this company compared with the majority of of reviews. I had a vey disappointing experience.
I responded to a cruise package offer from them for a cruise from Vancouver to Tokyo quoting a very competitive rate. I phoned, 3 times speaking to two different agents, asking for a breakdown of this offer with flight information as we have experienced horrible flight routes and timings in the past. Unfortunately all I recieved was either a copy of their offer or a link to Norweigian Cruise Lines with none of the information requested. I was also promised a call back from the company which I have never had.a strange way to run a company and certainly did not give me any confidence to book with them.

Samuel has been great in helping us book our cruise to Japan. So responsive & accommodating as we worked out the best trip for us. He was so good at communicating with us throughout the whole process & a great experience all round!
