I am satisfied with the product ordered. I have always been satisfied with worldofwatches.

I ordered a cologne set, and only after ordering to my Canadian address, I noticed a detail in the products description stating that this product is only available for shipping in the contiguous United States, however money was still deduced from my account and I have not gotten an update in a week. Furthermore I sent a question to WorldOfWatches and their has been not response or resolution. I understand that I may not be being patient enough but I need to know whether or not I’ll get what I paid for, or a refund.

Ordered an Invicta watch that normally sells for over $2300, for the phenomenal price of $218.
Provided explicit order details, and trusted that the company would follow my directions, which were emailed separately from the order.
Although wow provided a tracking number, they shipped to incorrect address, and ultimately, the watch was never received. In attempting to resolve this issue, I was directed to the facility that supposedly received the watch. The facility that supposedly received the watch has an Amazon locker in mail hub that package was supposed to have been delivered to.
Met with USPS multiple times to try to resolve the issue, and although there was supposedly insurance on the item, because it showed delivered to the Amazon locker, I have no recourse.

Easy to deal with, quick shipping, good prices

Everything went just fine. Fast shipping, new condition.

I ordered and paid for via PayPal a Gevril Triton. Having had my last Triton stolen I was very excited to be able to replace it. However, that’s when things went to pieces very quickly!
The copy of the order sent to me showed that they were going to send it to my address, Australia. Afghanistan? I quickly wrote to World of Watches explaining that Australia is half a world away from Afghanistan and I don’t know of anyone who lives there and sending a watch to Afghanistan, it would probably never be seen again and to please revise my order to my correct country of residence Australia!
A few days later, I received an e-mail from them telling me that World of Watches had cancelled my order, without any explanation?
Fortunately the money was still in my PayPal account. After several more e-mails, I was finally told the truth. Evidently they cannot change an order? and so the clerk took it upon herself to cancel my order entirely. After a least five more messages, I was finally told that if I wanted the watch I had to order it again!
As I knew that this would lead to an argument, telling me the special price was now finished and I would have to pay the new improved price, etc: etc: I decided that it would cause further harassment, I decided not to re-order the watch! I am 78 years old and my life seems to be infiltrated by more and more scams and I really did not want the mental aggravation with a company of fighting and arguing over a watch, as much as I wanted it, but to receive continuous messages, full of negative rules and regulations, when I all I wanted was to purchase a watch, wasn’t worth the price one pays mentally and so I never re-ordered the watch.

Price Match - No Response

I purchased a Breitling Watch from WorldofWatches.com and a couple days after received Jomashop.com had it for $255 less, so I called WorldofWatches.com but no one answers, I also sent like 3 emails and so far no response. I have had good experiences in regards my purchases with WorldofWatches, never required customer service, but this time I need them there is simply no way to get a hold of them, no response to my emails and impossible to talk to someone, calls get disconnect after a brief recording message suggesting to email them. This is very frustrating, my purchase was over $3k and the least I expect and deserve as a customer is to have some customer service support, someone that can address my issue.

I hope they can get this resolve and change my experience. Contact me and I can provide details.

Update: I was offered a $50 credit, really appreciate it, I am just waiting to receive it, will update my review once I receive it, I have contacted WorldofWatches agent and waiting to hear back.

Product arrived brand new as described definitely will use this business again in the future.

World of Watches did not live up to its 30 day price guarantee on a watch I purchased from them and showed the same exact watch for $30.00 less well within the 30 day price guarantee period being sold by the Invicta Stores company. They also owe me an additional $8.00 for a fee they charged me on a watch I ordered from their website they no longer had in stock (they shorted my refund by $8.00). Their phone # never works properly and I have sent emails to 3 different email addresses (all on their website) and still no response, Run, don't walk from World of Watches..

Update: World of Watches was correct that the watch I purchased though the same exact face was more of a yellow color than gold one.

My other refund took forever and sending several emails and phone calls which went unresponded over a few weeks until I finally did get a response so I changed my review from one to three stars. Customer Service at this company needs to be worked on...

World of Watches sent me a dead-on-arrival watch with the wrong paperwork, wrong box, and no warranty. The phone number on the receipt did not work. Total rip off -- beware.

Free shipping and it came before the estimated delivery date.

At first, was skeptical because of the low price and reviews, but I love the watch. It came quicker than expected (2 days!) and it looks and feels great.

You offered the style I wanted at a good price. It came in the mail in perfect condition and on time. I'm very happy and would order from you again.
