Thewatch arrived within 3 days these why i give 3 stars otherwise very bad customer service the do not answer Mails and dont care anymore main thing to sell

I am happy with the product, part of the experience was a little shady. I know orders what have multiple items often arrive in more than one shipment. I felt awkward that I had to email and request the second watch to be shipped. Then to reconfirm address for the first item and then my phone number for the second when the first order arrived fine and is why the second shipment was requested, made me question the company. The product does look and wear great!

I ordered two watches both for a ridiculous low price and got them both delivered super fast and on the same day. Thank again for an awesome buying experience.

I placed an order on their website on May 8th, 2023 and the watch said the shipping would be 3 days. I never received the watch so I called them on May 16th, 2023 only to be told that the watch wasn't in stock when I ordered and paid for it. The watch hadn't been shipped so I informed them that the watch was for my brother's birthday which is on May 16th, 2023. I asked if they would over night the watch to me since the mishap was on their end and since no one reached out to me to make me aware that the watch wasn't in. I was berated, yelled at, over talked and told that if I wanted the watch to be shipped over night that I needed to pay a whopping $40.

Don't order anything from this company as they are not reputable and they only have 3 people that work in the customer service and they are the worst in the world at giving get service.

Ordered twice from them using the same cc I have used with other sites. Both times they took and confirmed my order. Subsequently they emailed me a few days later telling me my order could not be filled. Both times they failed to give me a reason and never responded to my emails seeking answers. Lousy service.

When I accidentally repurchased the same perfume, I tried to cancel the order online, but they changed the Settings on the website so I couldn't cancel the order right away. The next morning I called to cancel the order, but they told me they couldn't. You can only return the perfume after receiving it. I found two problems with the perfume I received. 1. I bought two bottles of Tom Ford white suede No cellophane packaging！！！！ And the bottle has the words "Japanese airport sales" on the body! I'm not sure these two bottles of perfume are genuine! 2. When I applied for return online, they gave me a refund barcode, but the return amount of $26.58 should be borne by me! There are three other bottles of Armani perfume in my order, but 10 days have passed without any delivery news. I sent them a message to ask about the specific delivery time, but no one replied to me! I was particularly disappointed with the site. I've bought perfume here many times before, but I won't come here again.

World of Watches is a professional company that provides authentic watches and a wide variety of products and accessories. The staff always answers the phone, which is rare these days. The owner is usually present, which shows he cares.

This is a review for the website Worldofwatches.com (not to be confused by very similar named sites, there seems to be many).

I ordered a Pro Diver wristwatch from this website and the item and transaction was ultimately pleasant and successful.

I believe the item was being posted from the US, I'm in the UK, and there were some delays at the start. I emailed the company since dispatch was taking a while and the reviews on trustpilot were shockingly bad, they responded by saying the late dispatch was due to a public bank holiday. I was concerned after reading the reviews on trustpilot, wanted to make sure the item was posted and also it was the legitimate real and new item being shipped. They reassured me that it was. Granted the entire process took a bit longer than expected, but I received a wonderful new watch safetly, packed and delivered to my door. I would if buying from world of watches again in the future, call ahead before clicking buy online to make sure they have the stock and there are no delays where they are. This way you are informed as to the current circumstances of the country, location, stock availability and logistics, and can also get the name and information of the physical person you are speaking with. Then I imagine placing the order online while being on the phone, you can make sure the member of their team has received your order safely.

Placed one order and after 1 week of nothing happened, trying several times to reach Customer service phone number listed on the webpage, finally a lady answered the phone and after being so Rude on the conversation, she decided to CANCEL my order as a punishment for making that call probably,,,,

Worldofwatches management: this is how you lose customers and also money. Retrain your people before you will have all of these web shoppers loose the interest in your offerings,...plenty of other better e-commerce sites!

Anyone who rates them highly has dodged a bullet. I have ordered from them several times and received shop worn product and product which doers not match the photos on the site. Sent a picture to customer service and they said they "cant open pictures".... very convenient. They also have not responded to several "unsubscribe" requests. Once they process my current return I am gone.

Back in February, I ordered a bottle of perfume from World of Watches. Living in Washington, DC you have to make sure that the seller knows to include the quadrant you live in with the address (NW, SW, NE , SE) or the package can get lost. The package never arrived and when I called the customer service department to explain the situation and check on the address, the woman did not want to listen was very rude and hung up on me. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but the USPS said that they delivered it to an "Individual". Well, that individual was not me, because I work from home and the package was never delivered to me. Now I'm out of the $129 I paid World of Watches.They have my money and I have nothing. All I wanted was for them to replace the bottle, making sure they had the correct address this time. This is a bad way to do business and I will never order from them again and will let everyone I know that they couldn't care less if their products are delivered or if their customers are satisfied. The number of negative reviews this company receives about their customer service supports what I'm saying about them.

Don't buy from this company. They will never answer the phone if you call for customer service. I even emailed their customer service department for return information, and they never replied. Their products do not come with return information, you have to contact them to make a return, so they don't reply to your request. AVOID WORLD OF WATCHES.
