I needed a new satellite receiver to replace my ageing Technicorder which received both German satellite and UK terrestrial stations. I came across the GIGABLUE receiver at the World of Satellite website and contacted the company to clarify a number of queries I had. Stef responded very quickly and answered all my points patiently and professionally. I ordered the GIGABLUE receiver which arrived promptly the next day, well packed. Setting up was relatively easy, any open questions I had with the fine-tuning of this complex receiver were promptly answered by Stef. The GIGABLUE Satellite Receiver is a gem, super HD pictures and sound and plenty of features for recording and playback. I can highly recommend World of Satellite for supplying all your satellite needs and for a first class customer service, before and after the purchase. If you have a question just ask Stef who is very friendly and helpful. I am very, very happy with my GIGABLUE receiver.

I placed an order after the cut out time and even though I paid extra they made sure I got my delivery by the next day….. it’s nice to see that some companies still have customer satisfaction at heart. Unlike these big companies who penalise you for being late or won’t be willing to adapt to the task ahead without adding more charges!!

Very happy with the service of world-of-satellite. It was the currier I wasn’t happy with they left a parcel half open and the goods were damaged. Beside that world of satellite sent another one out the next day excellent service. Many thanks Paul.

I, and friends have been using WOS for quite a few years. The level of service is always the highest possible. Even when there's the odd hiccup WOS bend over backwards to iron things out as quickly as humanly possible. Great service from them as always. Ive been using them for years, mainly for buying receivers but this most recent purchase was for a Dish motor and LNB. I might add that their 0.1 LNB was cheaper and better quality than Amazons 0.5 LNB. I posted them a couple of questions as the previous motor failed and i wasnt sure if it was my cabling which they replied the next day. Ordered and order received the next day with DPD tracking so i knew when it was going to arrive.
