Great service

I recently bought 2 worktops and was worried that I needed an extra person to help with the delivery as I am 72 yrs old and disabled. I spoke to Worktop Hub and they were very friendly and professional. My worktops arrived and the driver was exceptional. My worktops are brilliant. Thank you to all concerned at Worktop Hub.

Dangerous delivery methods - beware

This company use a series of subcontractors to deliver. They use a single person delivery system so you have to help unload heavy items. During my delivery, the driver dropped his end of the 3m worktop badly injuring my leg. He did not apologise and he did not even check the worktop for damage. The company response to my injury was slow.

Constant lies about delivery dates

After being offered a delivery date, and staying in with a paid helper as they do kerb only (odd) they said it wasn't put on the van that morning. Next delivery date after a few days was cancelled because the worktop hasn't left the warehouse. Next delivery date was over a week beyond that. Not once was I contacted by the delivery people which means to me that they had no idea I had a delivery in the first place. Odd that when I made a complaint I was given the new delivery within 5 mins and every time it was just a lie. Would not recommend this company (Worktop express managed the same order within 2 days and they deliver to the room not just the kerb). Very disappointing company.
