Worktop Hub Arvostelua 

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered 2 standard worktops and a breakfast bar which when delivered seemed fine, but on starting to cut the breakfast bar it was apparent there was a major fault with the laminate not being glued down correctly and cracking and splitting on the first cut. It took all day backwards and forwards, sending photos, emails and calls to Luke, whilst having our joiner standing around all day at our cost, and being told not to cut into the standard worktops just in case they had the same issue. Finally around 3pm they finally admitted there was an issue and arranged to collect the breakfast bar and send out another one. Guess what!! It was delivered and the same thing was wrong with this piece too which was visibly apparent as soon as it was lifted off the delivery truck. Again our joiner was here to take the delivery in and at our cost again!!! On the third attempt the breakfast bar was delivered, glued down but had 2 small chips which we were too worn down to even query as we needed it fitted before Christmas. We have filled out a claim form sent to us by Luke and have spoken to him and emailed on many occasions but have still not had a resolution/refund for our out of pocket expenses.

Great choice of worktop and sizes. We need larger splash backs than 3000mm and Worktop Hub are the only place I've managed to find with the sizes we want. I've just ordered some samples so look forward to receiving them.

I’m currently looking for a kitchen make over and came across so many lovely choices I can’t wait to get the ball rolling and finally have the kitchen of my dreams!!

Ordered over 500 pounds worth of items including a tap. The tap that had been dispatched did not arrive. When I rang was told it had been dispatched, but tap was no longer in stock. I had to then source another tap. When I wanted to return 2 items was told that I was outside returns time. When I reminded them that I was let down by tap, and could they as a gesture of good will, over look this was told in no uncertain terms NO. Very disappointed, no customer service whatsoever. I will not be recommending worktop hub to anybody. Very disappointed.

I recently ordered two white worktops and was extremely disappointed with the quality. Both arrived with multiple imperfections — small dents along the edges and surface, as well as visible waves under the laminate. When it came time to cut them, we had to make a frustrating choice between keeping the dents or the waves, as both defects were present in areas we couldn’t avoid.

The only reason we haven’t returned them is because we were pressed for time and had no choice but to work with what we had. These kinds of flaws should have been caught before delivery.

If you’re considering buying from here, I’d recommend checking your items thoroughly on arrival or looking elsewhere if quality is important to you.

Not even 1* they went to deliver a worktop to me without even notifying me but half hour before when they called. We asked if can just be left they said no it would require 2 people to unload out of the van. (Odd but ok) we then said we can come come back but they then said they can re schedule with out any mentions of any charges so agreed. I then get a text from to say to re arrange delivery will cost me £80!!! The worktop it self was £99 and would cost me £140 just for delivery for a £99 bit of work top. I then asked to cancel the order even to though they tried delivered when no one was there. However they want to charge to me the delivery charge and a charge they have made up to return as they have the worktop and not been delivered so should not have any additional charges. I have asked them for what the charge is and how much and now they are ignoring me.
AVOID and would recommend Worktop Express.
