Simple and brilliant application to organize anything and everything. You'll def need the premium version for anything more than a personal weekly checklist but it's worth it.

I genuinely couldn’t imagine running our house and pet-sitting business, House and Home Sitters Ltd, without Workflowy. We’ve relied on it for years to manage our house-sit calendar, clearly flag assignments that still need sitters, track when invoices need to be sent, and keep on top of countless operational details. It’s a simple yet powerful app that brings real clarity to complex workflows. On top of that, the support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when needed. An outstanding tool that has become central to how we run our business.

I've been using Workflowy since 2009, back when I used to take all my university course notes. These days I use it for every business I run, every project I work on, and basically all random brainstorming and meeting minutes. I freakin love how it's like an infinite list of lists. I will use it as long as it stays the way it is.

I just Love Workflowy! Its the closest thing to pen and paper to allow the brain to truly flow - I would love to see a way to incorporate mind maps a bit into it - overall I am a huge fan.

Simple way to drill down into my harebrained thoughts

I am thoroughly enjoying organizing and documenting my day to day processes with Workflowy. It is an awesome product. Nifty features and the main aspect is that integrates into your own thought system, whatever that might entail.

Its faster to save n move between notes. I just want it to be more visual and have the ability to save videos with timestamps.

Simplicity is the key. Everything can be written in bullet-point lists. indefinite subsections, each a new page. Easy to tag and follow due dates. Multiple devices. In summary: addictive!

Logiciel très pratique pour l'organisation de notes complexes et élaborées avec intégration de liens, d'images et de vidéos. Hélas le prix a doublé sans amélioration supplémentaire alors j'ai dû arrêter. Mais le service client est top et l'outil valables, donc je recommande.

I love Workflowy! The nesting feature helps me to take copious notes and tuck them into easily searchable folders so I'm not overwhelmed.

Workflowing is amazing. I recommend it to anyone who needs a to-do list app. I trust it's security. The usablity is amazing. I have been using for years

I tried other tools to organize knowledge but I couldn't find anything that provides a solution that works better for me than Workflowy. It is at the same time dead simple (a top-level list, nested lists, ability to focus on one list at a time), does the job (I have a huge amount of knowledge organized, linked, and quickly accessible), but also offers many useful features without drowning or distracting you. The app works very well, backups are simple and in open formats, so you don't get locked in. I would love it had zero-knowledge encryption, but to be honest I did not find any other similar service that offers that in a reliable way.

Workflowy is true to its namesake - it really helps our work flow. There's almost no task that can't be aided by WF. WF helps keep us organized and on task, from the 1-off projects/tasks to the more repetitive. The basic platform is simple yet powerful, and all the tools that have been added over the years has only made collaboration and the platform more powerful. Kudos to the WF team!

I'm with Workflowy for more than 10 years and I don't even image organizing my task lists or mindmaps in businesses and personal life without this app. It's most powerful and useful in its simplicity. For me, it's something similar to pencil and notebook.

I’ve been using Workflowy for 10 years, since 2015. It’s started as replacing my pen and paper note taking at work, and has evolved to using it for just about anything (eg trip planning, to do list, to buy list, reminders, journaling, etc). Basically anytime I need to write something down, it’s with Workflowy. I cannot live without it.

Streamlined, seamless, endlessly useful note-taking in my pocket and on my computer. I'm always finding new ways to use Workflowy. I keep bullet lists that I sometimes refer to years later.

I'm obsessed with Workflowy and recommend it to absolutely everyone. It's simple and clean. I particularly love the ability to highlight items in different colors. And it's super easy to move bullet points - unlike in other notes apps that shall remain nameless. They're always upping their game and adding new features. (I only just learned today that they had activated a "Sort A-Z or Z-A" feature.) I only need them to do one little thing - and it's the ability to create a numerical list (that auto-updates when you add/delete items) bc I have long lists of, say, books/shows/movies and I wanna be able to plug the numbers into a randomizer so it can choose what I'm reading/watching next : )

Workflowy works the way my brain works. I love it for quick brainstorming and organizing notes. As simple or advanced as you want to make it. King of outliners.
