Paul was the customer service agent that serviced me.
I tried building my own site and it was very stressful, but Paul and the WP tech support team were able to get my site up and running in 1 day ! They made sure everything was to my liking and made it stress free. I was so happy with their work and their service I decided to use them again to build my e-commerce website

David was very helpful with assisting me in restoring my wordpress site after getting 500 internal server errors while migrating to a new directory in my hosting service.

These people are NOT Word Press support, they use the name. Neither are they able to help. I was told they could fix my issue for $49.00. I gave them the money and all they did was log me into my main website, not the wordpress press side they said they could. And they will not return my money

This company is TERRIBLE and a complete waste of time. They have two employees. one that answers the phone and the other that keeps you on the phone not helping you at all, but tries to get you to spend more money. THIS IS A SCAM. They will tell you they're here for support, but they're really there to scam you into spending money on things they cannot and do not want to fix. SHAME!

Not the best place to reach out with problems with WP-auth. Unfortunately, WP-auth does not have a ticket system or respond to emails either.
