Order paid but never received (€158). Appalling customer service.
Extremely disappointed with my experience regarding order W6265477 from October. The package never arrived, yet the company refuses to refund me €158.71. They claim the carrier (BRT) delivered it on November 11th, despite my formal declaration that I never received anything and never signed for any delivery.
The most absurd part? They are trying to deny my refund by using their own internal mistake as an excuse. A customer service agent previously reactivated a €23 voucher to compensate for their delays, and now they claim that because of this €20 "procedural error" on their part, I should forfeit nearly €160 worth of goods that I paid for and never received.
I have officially requested the Proof of Delivery (POD) with my signature, but they have stopped responding. According to the Consumer Code, the risk of loss remains with the seller until the customer physically receives the goods. If I do not receive an immediate refund, I will proceed with a bank chargeback and report this to the relevant consumer protection authorities. Stay away from this site.
Update 11/03/2026:
"Despite your public reply, this matter is NOT resolved. After your response, I was sent a supposed 'proof of delivery' with a signature that I formally disavow as it is not mine. Furthermore, your internal tracking is inconsistent, showing significant gaps and contradictory delivery dates.
As of today, March 11th, the promised refund of €158.71 has still not been issued. You are ignoring my formal disputes and the objective evidence of the carrier's failure. If the refund is not processed immediately, I will be forced to take further action through my bank (chargeback) and report the falsified signature to the relevant authorities."

Non consiglio. Era scritto la consegna in 72 ore, il pacco è stato spedito dopo 6 giorni lavorativi, quando non mi serviva più il prodotto. Prima della spedizione volevo cancellare l'ordine e hanno detto che non si può, non rimborsano dopo la spesa di spedizione e anche rispedizione!
