Wordans Arvostelua

I contacted customer service regarding a minor flaw in a product I had received and had the pleasure to work with Angela. She was so helpful and kind, making the process quick and easy. I was very pleased with her excellent customer service.

I ordered a bunch of t shirts and I have to say that Wordans has a massive selection of not only styles but colours as well. The entire process was smooth and the shipping was next level fast.
I received my order as ordered and just had one tiny issue which needed some assistance for CS. A quick email and then all taken care from Angela.
When it comes to customer care,Angela is top notch.
So if you’re debating on Wordans, stop!
Fantastic service, selection and customer care. No need to go elsewhere!

Awesome customer service, Angela was quick to respond and resolved the issue right away.

I requested a refund due to the poor print quality, and I spoke with Angela from customer service. She responded promptly and found a solution. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Ive dealt with wordans a lot and they have always worked to making my order work out, quick effective customer service. Angela is especially been a great help, always seems to handle my issues with ease. thanks again!

Ordered white and got black shirts sent to us. Called them and got it escalated. It's been over 3 weeks and no resolution. Worse customer service experience ever. Would not recommend to anyone.

Angela was very helpful.. .
Quick reply... I am very happy with the service...

Ordering was easy.
Shipping is reasonable.
I was not happy with the colour sent.

I ordered charcoal and what was sent looks very much like the colour sport grey which is no where near charcoal.
They offered to send out another sweatshirt to correct what I am sure is a misrepresentation of their charcoal colour and they sent the same darn colour. So now not only do I have one sweatshirt no one wants to wear I have two. Makes me not want to order from them again. Wordan's you better review your colour charts and make a correction to the charcoal colour choice because it is WAY OFF! I just gave up trying to get the proper colour.

I accidentally put the wrong postal code and Angela called and emailed to let me know. She was amazing and easy to communicate with. The issue was fixed immediately and the package sent ASAP.
I was so glad to see great customer service still exists. I will definitely keep doing my business with this company!

Angela helped me out a ton on my order, great service!

Not the first time buying from Needen. The products are of quality materials and website is really easy to navigate when making a purchase. Angela in customer service provided a excellant solution to an issue with one of the shirts I purchased. She was fast and efficient when solving my concern. Outstanding!!. I am really pleased with Needen.

Quality products at a reasonable cost! Shipping was fast, and when I had a minor issue with my order, Angela at Customer Service responded quickly with a positive attitude and an easy solution. Wordans is doing their business right.

I’ve been ordering from Wordan’s for a few years now and the experience has always been great. The products are good quality and the customer service is fast and friendly. I recently had to return a few shirts that I ordered in the wrong colour, and Angela in the customer service department processed my request quickly and followed up personally. I definitely recommend!

Very impressed by the 5* customer service received from Angela! Prompt response and satisfactory resolution, very professional. She definitely is an added value to the company.

Placed an order with Wordans and waited for arrival. Delivery got messed up and very complicated. Fortunately I was assisted by CS Agent Angela. After she understood my dilemma she immediately jumped into action and resolved the issue beyond my wildest expectations. Kudos and credit to Angela as she is a Gem of an employee...thoughtful, diligent and action oriented. She was the deciding factor in whether I would place another order with Wordans...most definitely will place another order.
Thank you again Angela.

Love Needen for all my textiles! Had one small issue and was resolved quickly plus I was given a discount code for future purchases! Thanks Angela for all your help! Excellent service, super prices and quality materials! No need to look anywhere else, Needen has it all!

Great t shirts and speedy service. Angela was great to communicate with.

I love Wordans, and have ordered from them many times. Recently I made an order for customized sweatshirts for my sewing group - BTW if you're looking for customized apparel, Wordans has great prices and the quality is excellent. When I received my order, there was a printing error on one of the sweatshirts. I contacted Wordans and Angela responded from customer service.

Angela was amazing! She took care of everything and coordinated with the printer to replace the item. Angela was friendly, professional, and very efficient - the perfect CSR. Thank you so much Angela!

Great selection, great prices and order arrived quickly. Would highly recommend and will be ordering from again. Thanks!

I ordered 3 sweatshirts from here and was happy to find a) excellent prices b) it arrived the next day! c) the colour was true to the picture d) the quality! It was a last minute order for a customer of mine and the first time I did any sort of clothing so I was extremely happy with the overall experience. Will definitely be using Wordans as my go to shop!
