I bought a monthly subscription for mirroring my iphone and aimed to use the mouse control as the trial version didn't include this feature. However after trying for the first time it doesn't like what I expected, I couldn't click the mouse on PC to control the iphone. It's not what I expected for. So I got support from Helios, he tried to solve the issue for me technically and finally ended up that he refunded me the full price according to the 30-day satisfaction guarantee policy per my request. I feel grateful for his service and understanding, and I feel a bit disappointed that I couldn't utilize this software to fulfill my work.
