Seven days ago I have had purchased the Life Time bundle, thinking that I have done a really good deal seeing all the unlimited video, songs generation, etc... I got 3500 credits and I managed to create some content like 8-9 cat videos, 8 songs, some images, nothing major... Just testing things on the platform. Then I started to look closely what it was unlimited, because my credit was disappearing really fast. I had to email them to explain what I have bought and what is unlimited... Nothing concrete, and unlimited is not real unlimited and I have bought the right to use Pro Version. Ok, I thought maybe I should buy more credit at least to finish some of my cat ideas, I got tricked again buying one time only 30.000 credits, witch they are dropping significantly. I have stopped using them and I asked them to refund in since is 30 days guarantee money back my £174... They said I should go to discord to discuss this with technical team... Long story short they refused to give my money back. Be aware of this money grabbing dodgy business I have opened a case with my bank,hopefully they will get my money back. My advice, don't buy anything from them!

The quality and ease of use of this product were great!! Created a song for my husband for his bday. Although I have canceled my subscription for now, I will return if I need this service again!! I used their website primarily for creating songs. The majority of the songs turned out fine but like any other service of this kind it sometimes used the other gender of voice then what I specified. The Most frustrating thing i found though was when it created songs it miss-pronounced several simple words. this happened on several occasions.

Update for this review. after the business obtained my email, they sent me one telling me to phrase paragraphs and the structure of the song better which was already done. They also told me to try clicking "Create" several times to regenerate a song that might in the end be exceptable! Really! how dumb is that to waste away my credits just to get something that might happen again. That is completely ridiculous and I won't be using their service any time soon. I also noted that finding where to cancel your subscription was well buried and hard to find so buyer beware. My original rating was 3 stars and now they have made me change that to just 1.

Superb AI company and have absolutely loved every moment with the Music Generator product and have made some beautiful songs which have been loved by many friends I have shared it with.The support staff with Lydia are excellent and prompt in their replies and very helpful.Absolutely loving it being a member of their company and products.Their subscription pricing also has been very reasonable for their services.My only request is to consider creating something like Spotify etc where we could share our AI songs and creations to the whole world and maybe get a share in the revenue generated according to the popularity and number of views of the songs,creations etc
