Had an issue with flooring supplied. Once an email was sent it was dealt with promptly and a reimbursement of the cost was agreed. Very efficient customer service

I purchased the Harlech feather oak flooring and I have not being disappointed. The quality of the flooring really shows and certainly will stand the test of time.

We’ve just finished laying 50sqm of Brecon River Oak and love it. So easy to install and looks great throughout our downstairs.

The click fit wooden flooring is very easy to put down, however a bench power saw is a must. The wood is of good quality and look great when laid down. I would strongly recommend the click fit over tongue and groove.

The staff were so helpful. I inherited Woodpecker’s oak flooring when I bought a new property. I had no information how to care for the flooring but one of Woodpecker’s staff gave me so much advice and information, I couldn’t go wrong! He couldn’t have been any more helpful. Thank you.

My new floor looks lovely and is also hard wearing.
