Woodpecker Flooring Arvostelua 

Started having quality issues after 18 months.

Finally replaced and fitted all floor after about six months of chasing.

Communication is bad but happy with resolution in the end.

Delivery was left outside which meant I had to lift heavy packages into the house.

Review at this stage is based solely on delivery experience, as flooring is yet to be installed. Flooring arrived on the scheduled day, and was left on the drive on a pallet, the delivery man refused to just bring it in just through the front door. With physical disabilities I had no way of picking these packs up and getting them in doors, and with my partner at work I was completely stuck. Unnecessarily stressful experience.

Great customer service which far exceeded my expectations. I have had the floor mop for a few months but unfortunately the handle broke away from the floor pad so I contacted the company to let them know via a live chat on their website. Chat was great and I was sent an email link to send in photos,
I am very pleased to report that Woodpecker are replacing my floor mop😊

Horrid waste of money December 2021, supplied and fitted by Wren Kitchens it's bowing edges chipping, it literally looks like some cheap Chinese vinyl click clack flooring. Disappointed less than 10% of it's promised guarantee of 25 years.

Utter rubbish, the tiles do not clip into place strongly enough to hold so gaps appear, the material is of poor quality, splits, peels etc.
Had numerous floors laminated over the years, by various fitting companies and I have never come across such a poor quality product as this.
Totally avoid purchasing this substandard stuff !!

I struggled to get flooring on time and called woodpecker to get Rachel that went above and beyond to fast track the boxes I required on time before the installer went off on holiday. She even called me to let me know the ETA of the courier company. Brilliant service!

The herringbone pattern Highclere Coffee Oak looks really stylish in my home office. Woodpecker were excellent to deal with, sent out samples promptly and showed a real interest in the outcome.

It looks beautiful and I love walking on it in bare feet.

Had herringbone Brecon river oak fitted as per installation guidance by a check trade builder late 2022 and am very disappointed the floor has lifted in places causing a trip hazard and ruins the appearance of the floor and kitchen .
I have raised a dispute and seeking legal advice . It seems the flooring isn’t compatible with this hot weather spell which is something out of our control.

Woodpecker have been great. They have been friendly, responsive and accommodating. Their flooring is lovely. Highly recommend!

The worst flooring I've ever seen. After just 2 months of being installed, the boards started to slide apart. Not just in one place either. One of these has started to chip now and.look horrendous. Nothing to do with the way it was installed, Purley as bad design. Don't touch this flooring is a barge pole.

Update: the issue has been resolved and I am really happy. Apart from the colour of the flooring it was of sound quality so I’m hopeful there will be no issues going forwards. Thank you, it is really appreciated.

I have now had an ongoing issue from February re a significant colour change (as stated by the surveyor!) in flooring that has been discontinued. The staff have been pleasant but to try and get responses feels impossible. I am constantly having to chase and whilst they have offered to replace the flooring, it is to be at my own fitting cost.

Flooring laid in accordance with instructions. Click together herringbone flooring all started separating leaving gaps which just get bigger. Bad design... not fit for purpose and cannot see a solution unless replaced with a product which will actually stay clipped together. What a complete waste of time and money. A full refund is required as product sold via Wren is not fit for purpose!!

I had floor fitted just over 18 months ago. The top has lifted and I now have a hole in the laminate surface. The planks do not clip together properly and slide apart. I have reached out for support but just received a very technical questionnaire and no response when this was sent back. I have put in a further complaint. I wait to hear.
With such a large 1 star rating, I wish I checked reviews first. At this stage I just would like a complete refund from the 25 year guarantee.

Very happy with our engineered flooring, Sand Dune Oak. The chippie who laid the flooring has done a fantastic job, looks really light and airy, would buy from this company again, without a doubt. Hopefully won't have too, comes with a 100 year guarantee. Very easy to register with Woodpecker and communication good. We couldn't fine the email - sent to spam folder, however I emailed to check and the response was quick, confirmed same day. Very helpful. Thank you.

We were really pleased with our flooring, fitted by Wrens, however, less than a year later, a corner of one of the planks is starting to lift up. This is right in the middle of the room so cannot be swapped. It is a matter of time before the hoover catches it and it will peel the top layer off. Such a shame as it looked so nice.

Brought the Woodpecker Light Oak 14mm Engineered product to lay in new loft extension. The floor was fitted by the company contracted to complete the works and looks really nice. My only negative comment is that the top layer of the floor scratches and marks really easily.

One year on the floor has lifted. We laid 100m2. VERY expensive mistake. Can't replace worst as section as they have changed the way one plank fits to the next.
