Woodies Clothing Arvostelua 

I love the attention to detail that Woodies provides! They sent me my clothing with my personal Initials on all pieces of garments! Plus I've gotten so many compliments when I wear Woodies!

The button-down shirt I had last year fits ok maybe it's due to the stretchy material. This time I ordered a dress shirt. The fit is odd, told them the armhole was too big and they still can't get it right. I had to pay $50 for the remake because they said I had used the remake service (fit guarantee) before. I actually don't mind spending extra money if they can get it right. After spending $50 and getting the remake, I couldn't be more disappointed. I know it's a waste of time and money to keep spending more for the remake so I told the sizing specialist I would never buy shirts from them again, and he never replied. Now I have two dress shirts that will go to the trash or donation. $170 wasted. I ended up getting a Suitsupply dress shirt which fits me perfectly. So much better than the so-called custom-made.

WOW! I'm surprised by all of the bad reviews. My experiences with Woodies have been excellent. In order to get my first pair of jeans absolutely perfect, they were redone twice at no expense or inconvenience to me whatsoever. They are now one of my favorite pairs. I subsequently ordered chinos, and I love them. The fits are perfect. Customer service was great with me. Admittedly, my purchases were a while back; I certainly hope the company is not going downhill.

Not really happy with these guys and would not recommend.
Backed a pair of chinos and then wore them about 5 times and the clasp came off so they can no longer be done up. Contacted them and they offered to send me a new pair at a discount of $50 which I said ok to. Then after receiving those trousers I've worn them once and the class pass come off in exactly the same way the quality of these trousers and the the clasps they use to close them just or not up to standard. I've contacted them again to get a refund and because I'm in the UK they've said to me that I need to ship these chinos back to them in the US before they will refund me the $50. So it's basically going to cost me what I've paid for the trousers to get it back to them to get my money back which I just simply can't agree with. Would not recommend these guys for buying chinos I'm sure there are the clothing is possibly better.

I've backed 1 jackets and 1 pant. The bomber jacket came totaly torn and the pants way to large, twice !! Was told to send it back(which I did, and paid for myself) and it would be replaced. After back and forth I was refunded a partial refund. I was finally given $70 back on 320$ i spent and i have zero clothes at the end. I think it's called theft.
Worst experience ever. Dont trust them.

I've backed 2 jackets. This second bomber jacket came in way too small. I was told to keep the jacket. Was sent a second jacket which fit better, but was torn. Was told to send it back(which I did, and paid for myself) and it would be replaced. After back and forth with "Jenny", I was refunded a partial refund, bc they keep a restocking fee, which I was never told about. Then was finally given my remaining $15 back, "if I would never order from them again".

Clothing was shipped after 3 weeks. Pants were far too tight in the crotch. Spent another 3 weeks going back and forth with "Jenny" from customer service who kept asking for different photo angles of the pants despite my very specific descriptions of the problem with the pants. Received $100 out of $125 refund because they "don't refund the sale price," and now I have to pay to ship back pants that don't fit. Completely absurd.

Ordered two shirts 2/4. On 2/20 I received one shirt, which was off on multiple measurements including the sleeve length (too short). The shoulder size too small. Shirt length too short.
After contacting customer service, "Jenny" replied "It's not uncommon for our tailoring team to make slight adjustments to first time orders based onr their expertise"
??? ... Sleeve length is not an optional adjustment. The entire point of this site is supposed to be tailoring to the exact measurements you put in...

- No explanation for the missing shirt.
- After two days of no response to emails, "Jenny" now asking me to pay for shipping to return in order for refund.
- No apology for their error.
Still in the process of dealing with the dreadful company.
STAY AWAY

Good quality shirts with decent delivery time. The fit was okay. They were helpful with a remake, and though it was better, and the shirt will work, not really sold on the fit. May try again later.

They promise a "guaranteed perfect fit" but you end up with clothes that you can't wear (except if you want to be the laughing stock). Their sizing guide gives you "custom made" clothes that are too wide, too long and too large.

Never again!

The product was not delivered. Apparently DHL messed it up, the signature was not mine, I was at work at that time, neighbours did not receive anything. The customer service wanted me to pay shipping fees again, and it was already many emails back and forth before that. I still have not received my products and am treated like I messed it up, which is not the case. Definitely not happy and not acceptable customer service!

I placed an order at the beginning of May 2020 and still have not received any sort of update as to the status of my order (the end of June 2020--almost two months later). To put this into perspective, the website advertises that their products are produced in about two weeks.

Save yourself the headache and time and use a different service.
