Fit on pants wasn't even close. There is no way to return them and/or get a refund or contact a person at Woodies to discuss this. Their site asked for a photo of the fit, and said they would remake and resend the pants based on the photo.

I recently ordered a heather blue performance shirt from Woodie's Clothing, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The shirt was tailor-made to my exact body dimensions, and the fit is absolutely perfect. The fabric feels amazing—soft, comfortable, and high-quality. A solid company. I've read a lot of (older) reviews here talking about how Woodies takes forever to fulfill orders. I'm a newer customer (began buying from them in 2024), and in my experience their speed is on point. Two weeks to get a custom made shirt.
The shirts themselves are very nicely tailored.
I do wish they would offer more patterns/styles (like Ledbury, for example), but saying that is actually a back-handed compliment!
Try them out if you're on the fence. It's hard to get custom made anything in this price range, and their performance fabric is quite nice. Recommended!

I really enjoy the Woodies apparel. The performance chinos are my favorite - they look good enough for business professional meetings, are super comfortable, and of course, are custom made. I've started to purchase some of their performance shirts which are great as well.

I have bought many shirts and even jeans from Woodies. Probably about 10 items from them. The quality is very good, and the fit is excellent (of course). Because it's custom fit, you can get it sized perfectly for you and then just keep that size for everything you buy in the future. And the funny thing is, I have tried other custom fit online men's clothing sites and even so, Woodies just seems to fit me better. For example, I've purchased from Paper Cloth and it just never fits my body type as well! Woodies is a a solid choice. And if something doesn't fit right, they will redo it for you. Good quality stuff and good customer service.

I have bought quite a few Woodie’s items of clothing, especially shirts for work, but also pants, shorts, jeans, and jackets. have gotten to the point where I only wear their shirts to work. I especially like their Easy-Care shirts. They custom-make the clothing which works well for someone like me who needs tall / long shirts. Prices are reasonable, too.

I've been buying from Woodies for almost 10 years now and I still wear shirts from my first purchase! The clothing is comfortable, fits perfectly and lasts for a long time. I've been very impressed and I continue to buy from them because I know I will have clothing that fits perfectly and if it doesn't, I send it back and they update it for me.

I’ve been dealing with Woodies Clothing since one of their first performance shirt kickstarters.. I’ve had great experience with them and the final products are great.. I’ve recommended to friends and family and they are true to their word for replacing items if the fit isn’t perfect. Once it’s all dialed in it’s super easy to order other clothes after as the measurements are perfect for you. I’ve got their suit and lots of shirts.

I have been a fan of Woodies since their inaugural Kickstarter campaign. Just this morning I realized how much of my wardrobe consists of Woodies products (shirts, pants, blazers, jeans, jackets ...), and got excited when I remembered an item I ordered a couple of weeks ago will be delivered tomorrow. The few concerns I've had over the years have been resolved quickly, fairly, and with fantastic customer service. They release new articles and new fabrics often, and although not everything they make suits my style, I can always find something that makes me happy.
