Woodfuel provide good products at…
Woodfuel provide good products at competitive prices. However they are let down by their delivery partner Palletways who are poor communicators and rely on outdated tech that sends you a delivery notification the day after you receive your goods! They then subcontracted to AM transport who were excellent

I really do understand how frustrating your delivery experience was; it was almost impossible to get either the local depot and subcontactor to communicate with you, but I am pleased that they managed to deliver to your remote location on the day we asked. Delivered as promised and trolled into where we asked. Pallet was efficiently packed. When we took off packaging our order was easily accessible. Driver was polite and helpful.
