Wood Floor Warehouse Arvostelua 

I ordered a box of wood flooring from Wood Floor Warehouse based on a sample they provided. Unfortunately, the box I received was completely different from the sample.

When I contacted their Sales Team and spoke to Corey, I was met with accusations instead of assistance. First, Corey claimed I must have mixed up the samples and ordered from the wrong company. After I provided evidence showing the sample sticker clearly identifying Wood Floor Warehouse as the source, I was told I could have swapped the stickers myself !!!

Corey then claimed they don’t send out samples in the size I received. Once again, I provided proof showing the sample size options displayed on their own sales screen — yet I was still told there was “nothing more they could do.”

To make matters worse, I had already paid a joiner for a full day's work to lay the flooring, leaving me considerably out of pocket.

Not only was the product incorrect, but Corey’s dismissive and accusatory attitude made the experience even more frustrating. Being treated like a liar when I had provided clear evidence was unacceptable.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company. Their shocking customer service, refusal to take responsibility, and lack of professionalism have left me extremely disappointed.

My wife ordered over 1000 pounds of flooring and was 7 boxes short. Was told they have the rest at another site, absolute rubbish they didn't. We where not in a hurry for it, but 12 weeks later went to pick it up for fitter coming the next week and you gest it we where sill 7 boxes short. Was told will be sorted by the following week, again the same thing 7 boxes short. Cancelled order and got similar floor from another local company and can get it in 4 days. Never again

I ordered some wood flooring about a week ago and selected a date of Friday 6th September for delivery. I got a message from the delivery company they used on Wednesday saying my items will be delivered on Thursday between 8am-6pm. No delivery was received! I contacted Customer Service about a tracking code and was told I can’t track it but I’ll get a call an hour before delivery and that my delivery will come on the scheduled day of 6th (my intended day). I had taken the day off and still no delivery has been received! I have been contacting customer services and it’s just stories. The house has been gutted and the wood floor was to be installed this weekend as people are moving in next week and I have no clue where my flooring is!

Amazing customer service. I will not go into too many details but I am really impressed of the speed of support and help I received. Definitely a company that I will return to.

Don’t do it,they sell floors as diy projects,and after professional fitting say that part of problem is direct sunlight through north facing window,don’t go there in my opinion

Placing an order on the internet was scary for me....thousands of pounds on something I hadn't seen irl... from a company I've never used before. I rang customer service and spoke to Barry at least three times. His knowledge and chat put me at ease that after a few changes was choosing the right stuff that I ordered over the telephone. I received my receipt by email while I was still on the phone and I'm now eagerly waiting my new floor to be delivered.

These guys are the real deal! We bought some engineered wood flooring at a superb price after viewing it in the Warrington showroom. It was delivered bang on time with the driver calling me an hour before he arrived.
Unfortunately, two boxes were damaged on receipt and I spoke to Barry who immediately arranged for two replacement boxes to be sent out.
Customer service as it should be done! Great experience in store, on delivery and aftercare. Highly recommend this company if you are in the market for flooring!

Ordered some lvt flooring and one box came damaged and some boards damaged in transit. Sent an email straight away with pictures and got a response the next morning that replacement box is on the way. Order came on the day i chose which was Tuesday and i got my replacement on Friday. No complaints, flooring looks exactly as described.

I am utterly appalled by this company. Their customer service is beyond a joke. Ordered over £5k of flooring in December 2023. At no lint was I told the floor wasn’t in stock. It’s now April 2024 and it’s still to be shipped into the country, let alone to my house. Multiple calls to customer services… each time the delivery date is pushed back…. Nobody calls to update… our project has now been delayed 4 months due to their constant lies and deception. Full refund demanded. Would never use this company again and would advise anybody ordering from them in the future… absolute and utter shambles

Connor gave me great advice today. He could have sold me something I didn't need at this point but didn't and he has ensured I will be back at Wood Floor Warehouse Ravenhill Road Belfast for all of my future flooring needs. I have always found this shop to have knowledgeable and friendly staff who give great advice.

We ordered flooring. It arrived in tatters !!! Not wrapped properly& looked like the wood was eaten by something. We sent it back with courier. Contacted company & as per their policy sent pics of the damaged goods. I then phoned company & spoke to Corey who apologised for the delivery & promised we would have a new delivery the following Tuesday. ( this was previous Wed ) I waited on that Tuesday. No sign of delivery ! Contacted office & secretary said Corey would call me back. No call back. I phoned again & managed to speak with Corey. There was no delivery en route ... he did not remember our conversation previous week!!! Then he looked up my order &hey presto remembered. Then he said they did not have any of the wood left in stock !! I demanded a refund & initially he was reluctant to give me a full refund... he then agreed. Later he called me back to inform me that they had the wood we had ordered. When asked if he could guarentee that it would not be damaged he answered with a flat No !!! I did get my refund which is the only positive thing of my whole experience with this inept company.

Very prompt and efficient customer service that went beyond the norm. I was seeking to buy 2 rolls of TimberTech2 underlay (based on their very informative YouTube video). While the Belfast store was out of stock, Jenna kindly arranged the prompt transport of 2 rolls from the Bangor store. Although not usually possible, she and her colleagues were also able to arrange the provision of an extra small remnant at a later date, to help finish the job. The best customer service I've received in quite a few years. I would also highly recommend the TimberTech2 product which is dust free and has been very easy to cut and fit.

Excellent flooring options and even better customer service. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong underlay how ever this was changed with zero issue. There was always someone at the other end of the phone willing to help. I am over the moon with my flooring thank you so much and I would recommend.

Despite the previous reviews posted here, many of which are less than good, I really wanted a particular laminate. On phoning WFW (because their website was down), I spoke to Corey who was very helpful and who took my order. The order arrived on the date that was promised.
On delivery, one pack of laminate was damaged, so I took a photo and emailed this to WFW. Jenna emailed back on the same day to confirm that a new pack would be sent out to me, which arrived 3 working days later.
My interactions with WFW were a little more detailed than I've mentioned above, but wanted to keep this review short.
I've not given 5 stars simply because the WFW was down for a period of several days and this made things a little inconvenient at times.
In summary: great customer service; great individuals whom I spoke with; great product and a very fair and competitive price. Contrary to some of the previous reviews, I definitely recommend WFW.

I ordered my flooring and was given a delivery date so booked time off the following week to lay the flooring. Come the due date the flooring never arrived. I called them and they advised the order would be fast tracked and given another date which came and went with no delivery. When I called after the second delivery date I was told they had no tracking number for the delivery and that it was still sitting in their warehouse and had not even been dispatched. I asked for the order to be cancelled and my money refunded and an email to confirm and none of this happened. Had to repurchase flooring elsewhere and go through a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Would not use again and wish I had read these reviews before placing an order with them - would not recommend

Great value, my floors got delivered on the date I was given. They are great quality and I couldn't be happier. Customer service were very polite and helpful on the one occasion that I dealt with them. I would highly recommend

Terrible, terrible customer service. Ordered the Marley Oak Mixed Width for my dining room. Was told it would arrive in 2 weeks. After waiting almost 5 weeks it finally arrived after paying £40 for delivery!!!! Ordered 6 packs and not 1 single pack has a blue panel or the white panel in it. The image shown on the website shows it clearly with blue panels and a white panel. Phoned up to check why I had no blue panels just basically all brown? And was told they could not guarantee I would get any blue panels in any of the packs? Yet there website clearly shows it with lots of blue panels (the nicest panel by far). Spoke to a man called Connor who was rude, argumentative and unprofessional to say the least. Offered me a tiny discount when I place another order with them? Even though I explained I would not be placing anymore orders. Telling me he could not replace or give me a discount on this order as I had already paid for it????? Shocking, shocking service, DO NOT ORDER

Terrible Terrible customer services from Wood Floor Warehouse!

Spent over £560 on Engineered Diamond Natural Oak flooring and the slats don't even click together! I called them and they refused to accept any responsibility and stated it was me who was in the wrong as I had changed my mind. I have never experienced such a bunch of cowboys ever and now I am left with unusable flooring ad over £560 down the drain! I wold never recommend this outfit to anyone and would urge anyone needing any wood flooring to stay clear of these lot.

We had laminate floors for 15 years with no issues except the colour didn’t match the new decor, so we decided to replace the laminate flooring and found this website.

The flooring looked good and was at a very competitive price, once we installed the floor it started cracking at the joints with in a month, i complained and they made a bunch of excuses all pointing at the installer to why the flooring has cracked at every joint. Very poor quality flooring and there is no warranty on these floors because they’ll blame the installer even though the packaging states it has X years warranty.

Again we had laminates from floors2go for 15 years installed exactly the same way, this new flooring quality is very very poor and the customer service wiggle out of liability by blaming you for the installation.

Best advise to anyone, pay that little extra and go somewhere else, get better quality.
