Wouldn't use anyone else for our wooden windows. I always email Leon and he's super efficient and always sorts everything out for me, and replies to my email really quickly.

This is a fantastic company to deal with. I ordered a pair of wooden windows last year, and on the basis of that successful experience, have just ordered another 2 large double glazed casement windows. Communication throughout was excellent, the windows were made exactly to my specifications, and they were made and delivered very quickly. The price is very reasonable, and the quality is superb. The builders who installed them were also very impressed with the quality, and they fitted beautifully. Highly recommended.

Poor quality windows

Ordered 14 windows from this company and they are of poor quality. We have had water ingress coming in where water is getting between the window opening and the internal frame but apparently this is our fault for letting the windows warp (they aren't warped).

Windows are top hung and they constantly need adjusting as they catch when opening with the locking mechanism, this has caused one of the locking mechanisms to break.

Whenever you contact the company they take no responsibility, it is all your fault for how you handled the windows and apparently you need to have them fully painted inside and out before installing them, even in a new build (who does this?).

I'd avoid yourself the hassle and get uPVC windows or go with a better company.

This was untried manufacturer, I am a carpenter and joiner so I was hoping these windows would not disappoint, well I needn’t have worried, the quality is superb, they come in kit form but even a complete , all the gaskets and ironmongery are included,a novice can assemble these widows, it’s just the frame you need to assemble, the sashes are complete. The delivery is very well handled, the courier will telephone when they are nearing your postal address. This is my second order with this company, I have several other properties I plan to renovate with this company

I dealt with Mat and his service has been excellent. I visited the showroom where he looked after me. His attention to detail and very pleasant manner was superb. I have received part of my order and the quality is first rate.
I had one minor issue which was resolved immediately.

Recently ordered two very large shop window and huge door and frame in hardwood visited wooden windows factory showroom and meet with lieon who took a great deal of time guiding me through the options ,the windows and door where deliverd by s supet helpfull driver very early in the morning as requested.great quality and price.

I have mainly dealt with Mr Mathew Knight-Burton. He has been extremely helpful in every way including going out of his way to help with getting the appropriate drawings for our planning permission.
In addition the overall service with regards to advice, processing our order and adjustments has been excellent.

Everything about this transaction was a rare pleasure.
Sales service from Leon was excellent with advice and guidance freely given. Even a request for a requote when I ammended the specification was dealt with promptly and gracefully.
The icing on the cake though was the delivery to the north of Scotland within two weeks of placing the order. Matt, the delivery driver even managed to make the delivery early in the day all the way from Staffordshire. Exceptional! I wish all deliveries were even half as good.
Construction of the windows was all that I could have wanted, at least as good as others I have seen and the pricing was highly competitive without any ridiculous add-ons.
All in all, a pleasure doing business with these guys.

Delivery on time ,the very prompt replies to my questions and the help and advice given . Nothing was to much trouble for Leon who was very polite and understanding .
Kit window quality was excellent all parts received and in good condition , easy to fit together . Will be purchasing another kit window soon . I recommend this company to anyone.

I have used the company for both fully made up windows and kit windows. Always found them of excellent quality well made and good value. Always get a prompt and helpful response to any queries and questions. I find the window builder on the website easy to use.

Excellent in every aspect. I bought a lot of kit windows for a property renovation in Europe and would do it again with Wooden Windows. The product is top quality and great value for money. The website is informative and user-friendly. Moreover, the support, service and help I received from all staff in every department has been impeccable - nothing was too much trouble. I ordered 2 windows from this company. The website is very clear and easy to use and gives lots of options. I asked for something slightly different from their standard design and it was no problem.
