Great company to deal with and the quality of their kit windows excellent.

This has been my first experience with this company and it has been totally positive from the start. In particular, I would like to commend Matt who was so helpful and provided all the information and advice I needed in - for a layman like myself, -a clear, understandable and non-patronising way. He dealt with changes to my original order in a prompt and efficient manner and was extremely courteous throughout. I can say that the customer service I received from Matt will encourage me not only to use this company again but to recommend it to anyone looking for replacement windows.

I have bought all my windows from Woodenwindows and have been very satisfied with both the quality of the windows and the customer service. Recently we had a fire outside which damaged one frame and cracked the glass in another, I got in touch with Woodenwindows and they immediately got back with a price for replacement glass and fitting kit. I am convinced these windows saved us from a far worse outcome because had we had plastic windows the fire would have breached into the house with a very different outcome. Great product and great customer care.

French doors arrived and a very friendly delivery driver, Carl, helped me load my trailer. Good quality doors. Glass packed well. Many thanks to Leon and Karl for their help. Will now buy windows from this Company to complete conservatory.

I had two French door sets and nine casement windows made by Wooden Windows all excellent Quality.
After five years wear tear I had a problem with a door lock a replacement was supplied within 48 hours.

I had a window made to my own sizes. Now received it and can see it is top quality. Comes with high spec glazing and sealants. Highly recommend this firm.

I ordered 2 windows from here, then as I was impressed with them a few months later ordered another 3. They are good quality, well made, lead time is good, and customer service is fast and efficient (thanks Leon and Chris for all your help).

We are doing a renovation of an old cottage and the windows were one of the last (and more costly!) things to do. We were really nervous ordering online so spoke to the guys in the office a few times to make sure we had everything right, they were so helpful and would add notes/amendments to our online order so we could check. we only ordered half the windows to start to check quality etc but we needn't have worried, the quality is great, everything showed up exactly as expected. We would highly recommend, they provide great quality at a great price.

Found this company online through search engine. As usual one has ones doubts but this company and their windows were excellent. Helpful, accommodating, friendly and the windows themselves were exactly as required and of high quality. Can highly and unreservedly recommend them and a special shout out for Matthew who was so helpful.

I've ordered from wooden windows for 3 projects to date. The windows are very well made, lead times have always been good and delivery dates have always been met. When there have been problems they have been delt with swiftly.
