Ordered a hard wood door set which arrived in perfect condition less than two weeks later. I am over the moon with the door. Fabulous quality solid product. Been fitted today and looks great. I made a mistake when ordering. My email to WW was answered immediately. I proposed a remedy which was agreed with startling rapidity. The technical department came up with a solution in mere minutes, all to my great satisfaction. This company's phone is answered by a real person. Five stars seem hardly adequate for the customer support I received.

Just ordered a door using the door builder, really easy to use, wanted to change the glass pattern and rang Up. Leon really helped out and got it sorted for me straight away. Great customer service

I bought a pine kitwindow just to see the quality before thinking about buying for the whole house.
I have to say that could not find a fault, I dealt with Leon and he priced for the whole house and always replied to my emails 👍. The window was delivered by there own dedicated delivery driver which I thought was very good.
If had to add anything, I would say it would be good if they were able to make windows with a wider glass rebate to take triple glazing, as it seems most triple glazed timber windows are made abroad.

This has been my first experience with this company and it has been totally positive from the start. I have bought all my windows from Woodenwindows and have been very satisfied with both the quality of the windows and the customer service. Recently we had a fire outside which damaged one frame and cracked the glass in another, I got in touch with Woodenwindows and they immediately got back with a price for replacement glass and fitting kit. I am convinced these windows saved us from a far worse outcome because had we had plastic windows the fire would have breached into the house with a very different outcome. Great product and great customer care.

I had two French door sets and nine casement windows made by Wooden Windows all excellent Quality.
After five years wear tear I had a problem with a door lock a replacement was supplied within 48 hours.

I had a window made to my own sizes. Now received it and can see it is top quality. Comes with high spec glazing and sealants. Highly recommend this firm.
