Great company. Excellent customer service from Mathew Knight-Burton, very helpful and knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble. These are exceptional windows. We ordered a beautiful sash and a couple of casement windows which compliment our old house perfectly. We plan order many more!

Great company, great product and first class customer services. Unlucky for us our Builder bodged fitting our windows but Leon and Matt at WW sent us out replacement beads for 8 windows, tape and silicon to repair at cost of freight to help solve the situation. In my experience finding firms willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy is rare these days. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending wooden windows. The Windows looks absolutely fantastic as well and good price.

We’ve spent a few years renovating our home and the door we got from Wooden Windows has got to be our worst investment. Totally unstable. Swells and shrinks depending on the weather. Absolutely gutted as it’s all decorated in so a major job to remove. We’ve tried to persevere with it for a few years now but it’ll have to go. 😡

When I first made contact with wooden windows I was swiftly answered by Leon. He then helped me through my booking and made sure I understood everything.
When the window arrived he was patient and rapid with my numerous enquiries. When I damaged part of the handle he posted out a replacement part without my even asking.
I would have no hesitation in using the company again.

I've placed three orders since March 2023 in relation to the replacement of our 143 year old windows and have been impressed by the quick responses from Technical Advisors Leon and Andrew.
The entire process from ordering to delivery was flawless and I'm confident the new windows won't be far behind the originals in longevity!

Be wary of this company. They sell cheap oak, which will split and bow easily. Their warranty stands for nothing, they do their best to wiggle out of customer complaints or questions regards future treatments. Most of these reviews appear to be self appraisals. For those reading this, these are the circumstances behind my issues; we bought several doors and windows from this company (as well as oak from other companies) We treated them with the same oak oil We have used on all our oak, 1 year later, 2 of the doors from WW had swollen and split. WW couldnt explain why the remainder of the oak doors and windows that were treated with the same oils were fine but these doors were damaged. It was clear to us these were poorly constructed and cheaper materials than we had purchased in the past. Matthew at WW scoured the internet to find an excuse to wiggle out of the warranty, claiming the oil we used was inadequate! This company refuse to recommend which oils you can use, but will certainly deny a claim against the warranty. We are now discussing litigation against them.

Great products and great customer service! I ordered 7 kit windows with glass. Arrived on time via their own transport. Good quality joinery, clear instructions and quick to construct. Very good value.There was a slight error due to one of the handles being wrong-handed, probably my fault, but they immediately posted me a replacement gratis. Chris was very helpful with telephone advice to answer my queries.....first class

Excellent customer service & speedy response to all of my queries. Quick order and delivery turn-around helped us out of a tight spot on a refurbishment project. Would 100% specify again.

Only placed the order so far so can't comment on quality of window yet but if they are as good as the process so far I will be delighted. Raised a few questions initially which Leon answered quickly and fully. I placed my order over the phone and it was so easy. Leon double checked everything and gave me some great advice on areas I wasn't that sure on. overall a really great experience.

We purchased a set of primed windows which were stored in a dry place until installation. When installed, we immediately noticed one of the sills had cupped badly and was holding water. This was only happening on the one unit so it was clearly faulty.

Sent photographs and explanation to Wooden Windows and received a reply asking me for £15 to send another sill out.

Tried to tell me that their windows needed 3 - 4 coats of paint before installation which to anyone with any joinery or construction knowledge at all is completely absurd.

Wished I had shopped around for better quality units. Shipping was very quick and without issue.

Excellent windows!, Was originally looking for materials to fabricate the windows myself, when I found woodenwindows online. Ordering process was easy, price for each unit was cheaper than buying the materials let alone time saved for fabrication.
Assembly was straight forward and also impressed with the sections finger jointed short blocks so less prone to warping.
Even when I needed additional beading for single glazing they were very helpful and fast, thank you Mathew.

I used woodenwindows for my new front door - they came recommended by my builder and sure enough, they provided a great level of service - from placing the (slightly non-standard) quote to sorting the ironmongery bits and bobs. A big thanks to Mat Burton who was always really helpful and available to answer any questions.
