I have just taken delivery of 4 hardwood (sapele) windows from Wooden windows and I'm very happy with the quality and service. Being a builder for 34 years and frequently dealing with local joinery shops, I found the online window builder tool very helpful. What made it even easier was talking to them (in my case Dean P.) who responded either by phone or email very promptly so between us I was able to have the window design I wanted. In summary, the website is great, the communication is outstanding, lead times are almost unbelievable and the quality is very good indeed.

From first contact to delivery they were really easy to deal with, I was fortunate enough to make contact with Leon Nuttall originally and he was more than helpful, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, a massive asset to the company. I had to make a few amendments to the order which was no problem in the slightest, the windows arrived exactly in the timescale quoted and the quality couldn’t be faulted. Thank you so much.

Great service. Had numerous windows fitted already from Wooden Windows and wished to an opener into a fix pain. Leon Nuttall was the man and brought up the previous order and arranged the casements. Easy to fit and looks smart.

Leon was incredibly helpful, from the original planning stage and pointing out my errors through to the eventual order and sorting out some spare keys.
Very impressed with the quality of the product (sapele), lead time and the support from both Leon and the driver who delivered them.
You can certainly tell this is a product made by craftsmen.

We discovered this company online after struggling to find any company which could supply an oak window in less than 8 - 10 weeks. Both Chris and Leon were extremely helpful regarding the design of the window and also delivery. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We came across Wooden Windows online and couldn't be more than happy. The customer service, attention to detail and quality of the product is first class. We had a couple of changes to make and additions and these queries were all handled quickly by Mathew. Delivery of the windows arrived within 10 days whereas other companies were quoting 8 - 10 weeks. Would have no hesitation using this company again.

May I just say that working with Leon (the technical advisor) is simply a dream – he helps all the way in the complicated steps doing all the special things (for example no cills, no hardware et cetera et cetera), thanks!
Then when it comes to the delivery of the products, firstly it's pretty fast and when you give a date, then it really does happen on that day. When you actually see the doors and windows the quality and the finish is simply superb. Seals are of such performance that a draft simply can't get through there, double glazed units are solid and come with a fantastic fitting kit and instructions, the quality of the furniture is super (the locks are very secure, the fitted hinges simply open and close against the seals beautifully), the wood itself is solid, has a great grain and the finished primer spray is perfect.
The carpenter fitting the units says that they are of the finest quality he has ever seen and required absolutely no extra work!

I've used Wooden Windows twice now and am more than happy with the windows supplied. Leon dealt with me on both occassions and went through the whole process and answered whatever queries I had. My property is Listed but Leon helped me out with the necessary plans in order to keep my local heritage officer happy. I had a slight issue with some of the hardware recently but, again, Leon helped me out by sending replacements which I was able to fit easily. All in all I can recommend!
