Hi, don’t shop at Wolford. No high quality customer service. You place an order and you pay for it. No information about when the order will be delivered. After reaching out to the customer service department I received answer that items aren’t on stock. No solution has been offered so far.

They have no idea how to manage their online shop. Nothing went good - from the moment I placed an order, all the way till I had to return some items. It took them ages (a month) to deliver my order. Then I have discovered that some items were not in the box, upon reaching out to them directly I have learned that they will not ship my full order because they don't have the items in stock. Not even a prior notification that I won't receive my full order, nothing.
I have returned a couple of items using their return label, but there was silence on their end for 2 weeks. I have reached out to the customer service again and they said they did not receive my order.
Luckily I saved a ticket from shipping the package with a confirmation that it was delivered and received by them.
Nevertheless they are not able to identify it and asking me now to fill some forms so they can start "investigation".
Disorganized, lousy company that you should stay away from.
Terrible experience
Wish I had read reviews of how poor this store is before ordering, needed to return my order and did so using the label provided and dropped off at a returns point which is infact just a newsagents to be collected by dhl, parcel was then not collected from the point and I was blamed for this and refused and refund. I sent numerous emails and was told to write a handwritten formal complaint which I did and provided all evidence and then told they would not respond, I referred to citizens advice and provided wolford with their response and still they would not write a formal complaint response back to me. I was never given managers details or a complaints department despite asking numerous times and would just get the same response worded slightly different each time from moniker schefer. Such disappointing customer service, not what you would expect from a brand trying to be high end . Please read other reviews and do not waste your time as the staff are incompetent unfortunately.
Do not shop Wolfords online
I normally had good experiences with ordering Wolfords online in the past. Maybe the new generation of staff lack social skills and rely too much on ai and bots. Everytime I contacted them to assist with an issue eg UK customs were asking me about their documentation that only they could reply to or a returned item which i tracked required them to pick it up but they weren't doing so hence delaying me getting a refund, they just replied with frustrating generic replies e.g. 'we see your package is at UK customs please be patient' or ' we will refund you per our rules when we recieve your order' Four months later I had enough and went through PayPal to get my money back and I did within 2 weeks. I hope they got fined for their incompetence and awful customer service. After this experience, they have lost my faith and my custom. Good riddance Wolfords! I do not recommend them to any one on 2024. Their service and quality of products has gone down hill this year.

I had such a bad experience with Wolford. I ordered 4 pairs of different tights and they are charging now delivery of £5.90. Used to be free. They didn’t inform me no stage that 3 items weren’t available and sent only one. How do you think why I ordered 4 pairs? If I needed only one pair I would ordered only one. I asked to cancel the order, the refused. I asked to contact DHL to redirect the parcel back to them, they ignored my email. If I won’t have a chance to reject the parcel I will loose the money. Highly advise you do not order from Wolford.
Do not buy online from Wolford
I ordered a dress that did not arrive. Trying to get a refund is a nightmare. Their email system is not accepting emails, their customer contact form on the website will not submit my query, and the person I spoke to on the phone told me she was an 'agent' and could not actually do anything except forward my query to 'the relevant department'. I had to sign a completely ridiculous and legally nonsensical form, which I have no way of returning. I am going to take them to the small claims court for my money - it is unacceptable to do this to customers who buy in good faith and with the protection of consumer law, which they take no notice of. Do not buy online from this company!!

Shocking customer service at Canary Wharf store
Extremely rude and aggressive store manager at the Canary Wharf branch. She basically yelled at me for asking for a refund because a pair of tights that I purchased from the store ripped after the first use. I have never experienced such a thing at any other store. In the end she let me exchange them for a new pair (which I’ve now had for 3 months and haven’t ripped), but the whole experience was just absolutely shocking and very uncomfortable.
Furthermore, please beware before purchasing in store that you cannot return anything (even if the packaging is not opened or anything), they only do exchanges.
Do not order online from them
EDIT: Today I tried emailing and it said that their email inbox is full (lol) but when I called, I got quick service and there was no wait. So, if you need service, apparently you've got to call!

Their update emails don't even have the word "Wolford" in them so it's very difficult to search them in your email.
They don't tell you what company will be shipping.
They don't tell you that the stock will be coming from Germany, and therefore will take a lot more time than you expect to arrive.
Customer service doesn't respond in the chat.

I received tights that tore after one wear. I sent them back as requested by Wolford. The return has yet to be processed after approx 6 weeks and the customer service team has now requested that I sign a statutory declaration with respect to the return. This is frankly abhorrent considering the poor drafting and unclear ramifications of signing same.

The worst customer service
I ordered tights for a Christmas present for my wife. It’s now been over 6 weeks and still no tights. I received a mail from wolford explaining that due to technical issues no deliveries possible to the uk and a refund had been arranged. No Refund. No Tights. All emails bounce back and no contact telephone number. Don’t waste your money buying from them. The only way to prompt a response is to give this review. Order ref. EU0002355809
I love my stockings and pantyhose
I love my stockings and pantyhose and recently bought sheer to waist tights from the Wolford company and they are awesome. My coworkers in the office like them also Im sure....customer care pointed them out to me and explained the tights to me and I wear them quite often with short shorts etc...thank you Wolford for a quality product and ill be ordering soon!
