Poor customer service
Ordered two bottles of vodka for a friends birthday, and was sent the wrong flavour. Emailed in and asked for the correct products, and was told that I’d need to return the wrong products - so now I’ve got to go and pay to print the shipping label, as I do not own a printer, and make a trip to a post office - to fix their mistake. So not only do I have to spend time fixing their mistake, the vodka I ordered definitely won’t arrive on time for the birthday it was for. Save your time, order from someone else.

Great Buying Experience
Great buying experience. Everything was perfect. Their website was easy to use and information stated clearly. They have a great selection of items, all in stock. The prices are very competitive and delivery reasonable. The items were packaged well and as detailed on the website. Good communication and ability to track parcel delivery details. I wish all my on line purchases were as perfect as this was. Definitely recommend.
