Friendly and efficient

Wild Oats provide excellent choice of products and excellent service. It was the only place in Bristol that stocked the supplement I wanted. I ordered online and it was ready to collect almost straight away. The member of staff in the shop who served me was lovely too!
A very easy and efficient service from start to finish - thank you Wild Oats!

To be honest I made a mistake and…ordered one wrong item. And another item was out of stock, third item is with me now. After a chat on the phone today with Wild Oats staff, all will be sorted soon

Excellent

Excellent website - easy to order. Price reasonable including the postage. Well packaged and promptly delivered. Would recommend.

Click and collect

I'm having mobility issues at the moment, so though this shop is inside my 'normal' walking range, I can't get there easily and predictably at the moment.

Having the click and collect facility gives a helpful bit of flexibility: chosen items can be held at the counter to await collection at the shopper's convenience.

great communication - there was not enough of the product that I wanted and Eve sourced more and advised me when it was ready so I could place the order. Excellent service as usual :-)
