Telefonując do swojej koleżanki naopowiadała bzdur na temat odbytej ze mną 3 minuty wcześniej rozmowy. Temat dotyczył walizki trunki lot z Katowic do Lamezia Terme. Potraktowała mnie jak awanturnicę a ja zadałam tylko pytanie czy walizka trunku wiaze się z dopłatą.

We experienced a total disgrace on our flight from Rome to Tirana. Since the online check-in system gave an error, we were forced to check in at the airport. They demanded a total of 96 Euros for my wife and me. When I stated that I would not pay this fee, they threatened to deny us boarding. Subsequently, they even called the police. As we were there on a visa, it was our last day to depart from Rome. Consequently, we were forced to pay 96 Euros under police pressure. It was a deeply humiliating experience for us.
Although online check-in is supposed to close 3 hours before the flight, our flight was already delayed by 4 hours. I intend to pursue all legal avenues regarding this matter. I do not ever plan to choose this airline again.
Wizz is an unethical Company - leaving costumers with the bill
I have now been having a ‘case’ at Wizz Air for severql months. Flying from Copenhagen to Warszaw in october my suitcases broke -(2 wheels broke off)
But Wizz Air denies refunding, with the complety unethical explaination that I need to find a mender with a stamp. What? Are They Living in 1950? No mender uses stamps. They use e-mail. I have e-mails from 2 menders saying that it is not possible to fix the suitcase. But Wizz apparently do not Care.
Please, find another airline. Wizz is an absolute no-go

Booked a flight to Gdansk on 23/1/26, they cancelled the booking 4 days later - no reason given. I requested a cash refund, it's been 62 days and they just ignore you. No call backs, no refunds, no answers to emails or claim form. Have ended up reporting for fraud and taking legal action. Worst company I've ever used. Scammers.

It took 7 months to get someone review my claim and approve refund, and 3 months ago I was informed that the refund would be issue via bank transfer, I provided my bank and personal info but the money transfer was never received by the bank. Customer service is non-responsive.

Flüge mit Wizzair von Stuttgart…
Erster Flug mit Wizzair von Stuttgart nach Bukarest.
Fazit : Flug zum Super-Preis mit Extras gegen Gebühr. Pünktlich, freundlich und für 2 Std. absolut ausreichend. Check-in ohne Probleme mit der App kostenlos 24 Std. vor Reisebeginn möglich. Kann nix negatives sagen und gerne wieder. Nächster Flug ist schon gebucht.
Update : Flug nach Sofia und Warschau ab Stuttgart. Beides Male ohne Probleme nur der Flug nach Warschau hatte etwas Verspätung (15 min.) aufgrund des vorigen Fliegers. Dies wurde teilweise aufgeholt. Wir sind immer nur Basis geflogen. Rucksack hat für das Wochenende gereicht und weitere Zusatzkosten sind nicht entstanden, nur saß man halt (bis auf 1 Flug) nicht zusammen. Check-in über die App kein Problem. Selbst eine Buchung von einen anderen Portal konnte problemlos eingetragen werden.
Nächster Flug schon wieder gebucht :-)

Arrivato codice prenotazione e non mi accetta il pagamento con scusa che non ci sono soldi
Vado in banca e loro mi rispondono che non risultano richieste di pagamento ,e soldi ci sono e posso spendere fino 5000 euro
Chiamo Wizzair e aspetto 37 minuti attesa e parlo altri 15 con operatore e la risposta
Devi fare una nuova prenotazione ( però +35 euro in più)

Good Value for Money with Room for Improvement
I had a generally positive experience with Wizz Air. The ticket price was very competitive, and the booking process was quick and straightforward. The flight departed on time, and everything ran quite efficiently overall.
The cabin crew were polite and professional, and the aircraft was clean. However, the seats were a bit uncomfortable and legroom is limited, which can be noticeable on longer flights. Also, the additional fees for extras can add up if you’re not careful when booking.
Overall, a great option for affordable travel if you’re okay with fewer frills. I would definitely consider flying with them again.

⚠️ SCAM ALERT: Wizz Air Refund Trap ⚠️
Recently, my friend and I booked tickets with Wizz Air from London to Jeddah. Unfortunately, we had issues with our visas and had to cancel. After contacting the helpline, they told us we would be refunded to our Wizz Account after a £100 deduction (cancellation fee). We accepted this, and they sent the credit to the account.
However, when we requested that the money be moved from the Wizz Account back to our original bank account, they demanded another £70 deduction!
It is one thing for an airline to have a cancellation policy, but charging twice for the same refund is completely unjustified. They essentially hold your money hostage in their "credits" system and then "play" with your money as they want.
My Advice: Stay away from Wizz Air. Once you buy a ticket, you are trapped in their hands. They are scammers who make it nearly impossible to get your actual money back without stripping away most of its value through hidden fees.
DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM WIZZ AIR!

Es una estafa . Sólo permiten viajar con una mochila de mano. Te permiten facturar online y añadir equipaje en la web y luego cuando llegas a embargar te dicen que lo de añadir la maleta de Manos es sólo para el permiso de llevarla , que de igual forma se tiene que facturar y te cobran 70€ . Lo más triste es que 5 pasajeros le pasó lo mismo que a mí porque la página es ambigua con ese mismo objetivo y la supervisora Sofia los dejó pasar sin cobrarles nada porque se tenía que embargar . Entonces ellos saben perfectamente lo que hacen.
Vuelo W46730. Las máquinas para darte el recibo luego que te cobran tampoco funciona. Es una falta de respeto que te cobren un equipaje de Mano. Adicional cuando ya lo has pagado online. Padezco de Los nervios y estos señores me ha desestabilizado. Ver menos

Vacanza prenotata da Milano a Tromsø (Norvegia), volo non diretto ma con cambio a Londra Luton.
Al check in le ragazze del personale, in modo acido e stizzito, ci dicono che serve il passaporto per atterrare a Londra, perché non è uno scalo ma a tutti gli effetti sono due voli diversi.
In fase di prenotazione nessuna indicazione in merito, né sull’obbligo di portare il passaporto.
E nel momento di agitazione in cui scopri che la tua vacanza sta per saltare ti trattano con sufficienza senza il minimo sforzo per aiutare. Alla domanda “c’è qualcosa che possiamo fare per non perdere il volo?, ci siamo sentiti dire “cosa dovremmo fare , cambiare la legge!?”… Pessimo servizio. Pessima assistenza. Sicuro potreste valutare l’idea di cambiare modo di assistere i vostri clienti.
Me siento estafado
Me siento estafado. Me obligaron a pagar 73 € por una mochila que apenas superaba por unos centímetros el medidor. Pero lo peor fue la actitud de la empleada: muy desagradable, metiéndome prisa y dándome voces, sin dejarme ni un momento para intentar acomodar la mochila.
La sensación fue claramente que su intención era que pagara lo antes posible, sin dar ninguna opción ni ayuda. Además, ni siquiera hablaba mi idioma ni intentó explicarse.
Una experiencia vergonzosa y abusiva. No recomiendo volar con esta aerolínea a nadie.

Il problema è iniziato già durante la prenotazione partita da Skyscanner e conclusa su questo sito. Nella fase di inserimento passeggeri non era disponibile l’opzione per selezionare un minore, costringendomi quindi ad acquistare tre biglietti come adulti.
Dopo il pagamento ho contattato il call center e mi è stato detto che avrei potuto modificare il dato direttamente dal sito. Tuttavia, una volta effettuato l’accesso, questa possibilità non esisteva e mi è stato nuovamente detto di contattare un operatore.
In sintesi: informazioni poco chiare, procedura macchinosa e perdita di tempo tra sito e assistenza clienti senza una soluzione immediata.
Decisamente un’esperienza da migliorare, soprattutto su un aspetto fondamentale come la gestione dei passeggeri minori.

Tried to change a flight and the payment got stuck. It’s gone from my account but wizz air are saying they don’t have it, despite them sending me an invoice for payment. I don’t have my old flight or my new flight. Tried calling them and the agents were pretending they couldn’t hear me (I called 6 times). I submitted a claim and they closed it. I tried to submit a second claim and they have closed it. I now don’t have a flight.

Snodig flyselskap. Billetten for meg tur/retur Stavanger/Krakow kr 209,-, etter hvert som jeg gikk fremover i bestillingen så ble det tilsammen kr 2700,-. Mesteparten av dette var bagasjeavgift. Godt de ikke tar kilopris for passasjerene. Svært trang benplass i tillegg.

I traveled to Norway with this airline. I really liked the price and the service provided for that price. The plane was clean, and even though we didn't choose our seats, we were seated next to each other anyway. There's a wide selection of drinks, snacks, and prepared meals on board. The only thing was the very long boarding time; next time we'll buy priority tickets.

J’ai fait une réservation avec un paiement par transfert bancaire, j’ai transféré l’argent de la manière comme c’était demandé sur l’Iban, où c’était demandé, on précisant le numéro de réservation. Ils ont quand même annulé mes billets gardé l’argent et personne ne me donne une réponse. J’ai contacté le Service Clients par téléphone par écrit mais j’ai toujours pas de réponse et j’ai pas de billet. Et maintenant si je veux réserver un Nouveau les billets coûtent le double. Voilà je déconseille cette compagnie, low Coast qui porte bien son nom.
