WIZARD RESEARCH AND EDDIE SITT ARE SCAMMERS.
They took our money $5500 and didn't send the inventory and now have this audacity to say that they will refund when others will pay which we believe he wouldn't. ALthough he has onboarded 60+ sellers on amazon and he must have scammed all of them with $5500 he is saying he doesn't have enough money to refund our $5500. A formal Legal notice will be sent against Wizard Research. NOBODY SHOULD ORDER FROM THEM.

nobody buy from them please, THEY ARE SCAMMERS, they take your money and never deliver your inventory, neither return your amount, its been 2 months, its CEO Eddie Sitt is not returning our money despite hundred of emails, its high time, we take legal action.

A little over a year ago we ordered the Wizard eye mask for my wife. She has used it frequently and said it provides the relief to her eyes she had been looking for….she loves it. Just recently the mask stopped working. Since it was out of warranty I figured there was nothing that could be done. I contacted Wizard anyway just to explain the issue. Within minutes a customer service rep from Wizard replied and promised they would send a new one, without me even asking for it. The new replacement mask arrived within a week. Not only is the heated mask fantastic, Wizards truly stands behind their product. I appreciate the product as well as their excellent customer service.

They have the worst customer support their phone number is completely dead and they won't pick it up after you do the payment.
I ordered 100 items for 5500$ and now they are not answering my emails and not picking up the phone so they are not trusted at all please don't do big payments or they will Even not answer you Thanks.

I haven't received my eye mask; but so far it hasn't been a good experience. This mask was recommended by my ophthalmologist for severe dry eyes. I ordered it through their website instead of a third party vendor. I ordered it on 4/21, received a confirmation email that day. Nothing since then. The tracking didn't show that it was shipped. There was no communication that it was on backorder (when I ordered, it said it was in stock) and the website had said standard shipping was 3-4 days. Today (5/1) call and leave a voicemail because no one picked up their number and then I email them to ask about my order. I get a response very quickly "shipping today" - that's it. Literally 2 words. No explanation, no apology. Really strange. I hope the mask works and it really has been shipped. Even though the email that said "shipping today" was sent about 3 hours ago, the tracking through Shop app said it's still waiting for information from the sender so I can't track it. I suppose it's based on the West Coast so it wasn't picked up by the shipper yet? But how would I know since Wizard Research doesn't believe in communicating much information with their customers.

Ordered an item. Tried and failed to download their shop-to-track package during the ordering process. Could not find any record of orders on their web site. Called several times with no pickup.

I am very happy with the eye mask that they make.
It gave me relief from dry eyes.
