I am an Amazon FBA seller based in Dubai (UAE) selling in the USA market, and my experience with EE has been very disappointing.

Before paying the $250 onboarding fee, the support team was very responsive and replied within a day. However, after payment, the situation changed completely.

After getting access to the catalog, I was unable to find **any profitable products for Amazon FBA USA** after fees and shipping.

My assigned sales rep (Justin Gal) has also been unresponsive. Even scheduled calls were not answered, and support became very difficult to reach after payment.

Another major concern is that their model feels similar to **dropshipping-style fulfillment**, where products are not readily available and may take **3–4 months or longer** after payment.

Overall experience:

* Good communication before payment
* Very poor support after payment
* No profitable Amazon FBA USA products found
* Long delays in product availability
* Unresponsive sales rep

Based on my experience, I do not recommend this service for Amazon FBA sellers targeting the USA market from abroad.

We get great communication and support from Michael and as a small brick and mortar game store EE given us opportunities to other items related to the games being played in our store. Shipping dates and lead times require planning but clear communication has helped us navigate these problems and we are planning to continue to grow our business with Entertainment Earth.

Shipments have arrived with items in good shape and as advertised. With any new vendor relationship there new systems and some growing pains but all have been solvable and manageable issues.

Edited: Like many 1 star reviews, I feel that I was wronged and was not provided a proper resolution.

I placed an order and immediately(within 1 hour) wanted to cancel part of the order.

I immediately emailed and created a case directly in the website. No one responded until after the shipment already arrived to my house.

However, Enrique did what he could in this situation to help me. I appreciate the fast communication.

Although I'm out money and stuck with inventory I can't use, I would still order again.

I’ve always had a great experience with Entertainment Earth. Tristen Moreno has always been a great salesperson and never steered me wrong. I value my experience with her and Entertainment Earth.

I have been working with EE for over a year now and Happy to find such an amazing organization. Started working with Mark and Now Tristen and they both answer all my questions and concerns that may arise. It was a pleasure meeting at the New York Toy fair. Looking forward to many more years with both the company and the associates in the company.

I have been working with EE distribution for almost 10 year now, They are by far the most professional distribution company I have ever work with. Their selection, and prices of products can not be beat . If any issues ever arise (which rarely do) they have always offered a very reasonable solution. This company has is also very invested in my companies growth and has gone out of their way to help me along the way.

My experience with EE Distribution centers around the hardest working sales rep I have ever personally encountered. Her name is Bianca Hidalgo and I've been buying toys from her for 8 years now. During that time I don't believe there is a problem I've had she didn't try to solve, she calls in advance when some of my favorite wholesale products are coming into stock soon to give me a heads up, and she treats every order as important. She is a credit to EE Distribution and after more than 25 years in business one of the top 5 hardest working people I know. I consider us "privileged" to have her as our sales rep.

We've been working with Entertainment Earth for a while now and honestly, the experience has been great. Our sales rep he's been solid from day one. Always responsive, keeps us in the loop on new releases and availability, and doesn't leave us guessing when it comes to order updates or inventory changes.

What stands out is the communication. In this business you deal with a lot of suppliers who go quiet on you or make you chase down basic information. That hasn't been the case here. If something changes with an order or there's something we should know about, our sales rep reaches out before we even have to ask.

If you're in the resale space and looking for a reliable distributor for toys and collectibles, we'd recommend giving them a shot. They've been a good partner for us and we plan on continuing to grow that relationship.

EE Distribution has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Their team responds promptly to my inquiries. They also emphasize reliability and attentiveness, ensuring that I feel supported throughout the ordering and distribution process. Well done team!

We’ve been working with EE Entertainment for years, and they’ve been an awesome partner for all things toys and figures. The experience has been great across the board—they’re reliable, easy to work with, and really know the industry. The only real downside for us is that they’re based on the West Coast, which makes shipping a bit of a sting to the wallet, but the service and quality definitely make it worth the cross-country trek!
