Great comfy shoes

Exactly the shoes I had been looking for. A bit if height but due to the platform no steep angle. Great colour, they go with everything. Also very comfortable and a perfect fit.

Efficiency Disappointment

I ordered my pair of shoes and it took a month for it to arrive (Australia to NZ) when upon the order it says 2-5 business days. I had to contact them several times for the order to finally be sent through. Even after emailing them it took them days to reply back and even then they did not update on the situation.

I apologise for the delay in receiving your shoes. I can confirm that although our Standard Delivery timeframe is 2-5 days Australia-wide, orders being shipped to New Zealand may take up from 6-12 business days. It is estimated to be delivered in the next few business days.

Great quality shoes

The website was easy to navigate and ordering was super easy. Delivery was quick considering I am outside metro Sydney and the shoes are great quality and I am happy with my purchase.

We understand that this has caused you much inconvenience and therefore we highly suggest taking your shoes and receipt into your local Wittner store (excluding David Jones) to discuss this issue further with the store manager. They will then be able to provide you with further advice and if they do inspect the shoes and deem them as faulty, a solution will be provided. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee any form of solution until the shoes have been assessed in person however we trust that our in-store teams will be able to assist you with this.
