I found the sandals I wanted online. They were delivered 2 days after placing the order. As always, exactly what I expected, perfect fit. Wittner service is exceptional. Love Wittner shoes!

Happy customer

Staff have been very accessible and accommodating with the process of exchanging an oversized pair of shoes i purchased online.

Shoes not reaching quality standards?

After completing my order online i was informed few days after by Wittner that :

“Unfortunately we have had a problem in sourcing this shoe for you. Our Online fulfilment teams have advised that the few remaining pairs they have available are not up to the Wittner quality standards we wish to provide our customers.

We regret to inform you that we have to cancel your outstanding order and will be processing a refund.”

The interesting thing is that the shoe in my size is still for sale on the website.

Ordering was easy, and the item came within a couple of days. Everything was exactly as promised. Great product, great service.

Exchanged for a size up and fits well

The size I originally ordered in this style was much too small despite ordering a size bigger than usual. I was able to return and exchange the shoes very quickly at no additional cost bar return shipping which was a great experience. Thanks Wittner support team for helping with the exchange process. The size up fits well.

We are sorry to hear this. As much as we do try to keep our sizing consistent across styles, some may fit bigger or smaller due to a number of different factors including width, features and overall design. We apologise that these shoes are not the correct fit.

Great customer service

Was super impressed with the customer service Wittner Shoes. I purchased online and chose Click & Collect. AS the shoes couldn't be supplied at my local store they shipped my the purchase direct to my home arriving 2 days later. Thank you! I was very happy.
