Absolute rip off, don’t use it, terrible tech. Worst fitness app on the market

when the app works WithU is utterly brilliant, don't be fooled by the length of the classes, they get you working hard, the instructors are great, the guides very useful, but, in my experience, the app is unstable, prone to crashing, however i've been told an update being applied in next 2 weeks, if that works i'd make this 5 stars. take the free trail and if no issues i'd recommend a subcription for sure

Love the app! As a busy mum who works this gives me the guidance and direction I desperately need, but in a way that works with my ever changing schedule!

I have tried many different apps to help motivate me to get fit. Whilst I accept a large part is down to the person using the app I have been so happy with this app. It really feels like I have a personal trainer with me on every session. I have lost 14kgs this year so far. No small part due to WithU

Hands down the best audio based fitness app out there. You can literally work out in any environment & the workouts are so good & easy to follow. I'm now a month on in using this & have lost an incredible amount of weight, I'm sleeping better, I'm more motivated, Im less snappy. I've tried lots of more conventional ways of keeping fit & this is hands down the most successful so far! Highly recommend this to anyone!

Great app! Love the variety of trainers. A great way to train.

I find it hard to stay motivated and have tried many different ways.WithU allows you to not only bring variety to getting and keeping fit which helps keep things fresh, but also the coaches really motivate you, encouraging you to stick at it and reminded you why you started and how you will feel afterwards, its great. The coaching is also clear and concise and can turn a plod around the park into a proper workout.

I have started to use WithU in the gym, no body can tell that you are being coached and motivated as its all in your headphones, and there is so much content that is updated regularly.

I am telling everyone I know about WithU

I struggle to think of what to do in the gym and WithU makes it super easy to workout without the need to constantly look at your phone like other workout options.

Also great at home using the programs as inspiration on what to do ☺️

WithU is definitely one of the best fitness apps I have used. There are so many options and I love how it feels like you have a personal trainer in the room with you!

A self confessed fitness addict, I've tried pretty much every app out there, and can honestly say WithU is the only app that has got me hooked.

There are so many workouts to choose from, with great trainers that don't just shout at you, they actually help you with your form at the same time as keeping you super motivated.

If you are looking for a fitness app that actually works and isn't just a bunch of exercises thrown together with a PT trying to hype you up, you have to download this!

I absolutely love WithU!

It's so convenient to be able to workout wherever I am, whether I'm at home or away without access to the gym, I can always pick up my phone and start a workout. Plus, it is so easy!! Definitely recommend.

I love everything about this app. The coaches are brilliant and give just the right amount of guidance and motivation. It is super easy to use and I love it when I am awarded badges for my hard work!
There are so many different workouts on the app. It's great to have my meditation, yoga and strength workouts all on one app.

Having signed up as part of a generous 12 month free trial, I found that I hadn't used the service 6 months in so I decided to cancel. So far, I haven't been able to.
1) I followed their guidance on how to cancel a subscription when set up on an iPhone. The withU subscription doesn't appear, and so it's not possible to unsubscribe
2) I tried to cancel by going to the "Subscription Options" within the iPhone app, to be presented with a single option to "Enter App" which returns me to the app's home page
3) I tried to find a means to log in on their website. This took some googling as it's not linked to on their main website. On finding it, it asks for a "work email" and doesn't work with regular login details.
4) I tried to find a way to contact them; all I could find was their chatbot. This seems to be the only means of communication they provide. I used this on a weekday afternoon, but after over an hour I received no response and gave up. The chatbot software automatically prompted me at one stage that it typically takes withu "several hours" to respond.

I would advise anyone thinking of signing up for a personal subscription to think long and hard about do they really want to part with their money to a company who make their system as inconvenient as possible, if not impossible (as is proving so far) for you to leave.
