I love WithU. There’s a great variety of workouts aimed at different levels for different goals. Coaches are amazing and bring their own flare to their sessions. Challenges keep you honest and the programmes are great to follow if you need inspiration for workouts. Short sessions available if you need to squeeze something with longer and fuller sessions too if you have the time. Couldn’t recommend WithU enough!!! Love it!!

This is my favourite workout app EVER. The down-to-earth and in-the-room-with-you nature of the coaches’ instructions are super motivating in a way that doesn’t feel contrived or scripted. The workouts themselves are different to any I’ve done on other apps, which all seem to follow the same moves and are really effective. I also LOVE that they have integrated meditation into it too so that you can address your well-being holistically. Highly recommended 🤩🙌🏻

This is a great app. Comprehensive range of workouts for all fitness levels. Reminders for daily workouts are very motivating. Would absolutely recommend this app.

I honestly love this app so much. I have been using this app for an about a year and a half. Easy, straight forward to use, you can adapt to the equipment you have, what mood you’re in, such a variety of self care to choose from.

I received the WithU app for free as a reward from TK Maxx! I don't use it enough, but when I do, it's great - I like the person telling me how far I've walked, encouraging me and reminding me of my posture!

Very easy to use. I like the possibility to book ahead of time so I do not need to search the new class straight after finishing previous one. Lots of choices to find the suitable option. Instructions easy to follow and Avatar guidance very useful Helps me to get through difficult personal situation 🙏 👍 🙂

Amazing selection of classes for real pick & mix options. Brilliant instructors - I wouldn’t use anything else now - there’s just no need!

Great variety and availability of quick (20 minutes or less), no equipment required workouts. But wish: a) there were more upper body options (most are focused on core, glutes or full body) and b) there was an easier way to re-access sessions you've done and liked.

I am honestly obsessed with this app!

I love a guided workout and have tried all the apps but WithU has completely won me over! The trainers are incredibly motivating and I find myself getting so dialed-in that I lose track of time. The app is super easy to navigate and the variety of workouts feel endless!

I've been looking for a fitness app that I want to keep coming back and using without getting bored and I've finally found it.

The challenges are really motivating and it's helped me break out of my comfort zone and try new forms of exercise I'd been a bit scared of before.

Would fully recommend to anyone who's prone to getting bored when it comes to workouts or a bit scared to try something new.

This app has completely changed my gym routine. It's like having a PT supporting me every time I work out and I don't even have to worry about missing my appointment! The PT is there when I manage to get to the gym. I'm now starting to question whether I even need the gym at all. Definitely recommend this app

Overall i quite like the app, but something just went very wrong with the intervals. I was running around the edge of a park, the first lap was a 500 m interval. The second lap it only calculated as 250 m. How could it be so different. It was demoralising. It also totally messed up my pacing.
