Very easy template to use with lots of options.
Great delivery service too

Really speedy delivery, reasonable quality and relatively easy layout templates to work from. Negatives for me are: no description of the paper/card that would be used for printing prior to ordering, no option to change font within the layout screens, no online spell check - which would have picked up a typo before we sent it to print. I also have been hassled to publish feedback- which following a bereavement, I could have done without. But I understand their need to secure valid, genuine feedback.

Website was easy and helpful, customer service was fantastic and the quality of the end product was beautiful and made the perfect tribute.

Brilliant service, made sure everything was correct and made changing things easy when I had a last minute change to make. super quick delivery and a very professional product.

Amazing customer service and support. Customer support team answered queries and questions throughout my design process. Templates and tools are super-accessible and easy to use. The team even tracked my delivery for me, to communicate to me a specific time window of my next say delivery which enabled me to be in. The board and print quality was superb. The price is affordable and offers excellent value for money. With Grace gave me something else - the opportunity to personalise the funeral order of service stationary for my beloved mum. I can’t put a price on that but the value of it was immense as it allowed me to channel my grief in a positive way in the celebration of my mum’s life. I cannot recommend With Grace too highly, and nothing is too much for the team.

Superb service, web based creation of orders of service well thought out, adding elements easy but the big plus is the quality of the finished item and the delivery time was short. Only slight wrinkle was the front cover text went a tad loopy in the web proof, but emailed a PDF proof to confirm and it was fine, probably an issue between the Firefox web browser and the system

easy to use website for building document, delivered in good time and exactly as expected. Good quality, good price.

Honestly, they were so helpful as we were unable to align the Pages correctly. Their customer care team helped us every step of the way. We received the order of services the next day. They looked lovely. Excellent service- thank you.

Used the multi-image first page template which allowed us to use more pictures of dad. The service sheets were delivered promptly and were well-packed. They were printed on nice glossy card. I was pleased with them and several people at the service commented on how lovely they were. I thought they were reasonably priced. The only thing I would have liked to have seen was more personalisation options, such as being able to choose font and colour: during editing the template looked as if it would have a sky blue background, but the PDF and actual sheets were actually a buffish colour, and the capitalisation of text throughout seemed possibly a little "shouty". Overall however I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the product.

super quick delivery. I ordered Friday night and it was delivered the next Tuesday. 70 copies. Very good quality. Thank you.

(Maybe one improvement could be done - maybe deliver those nicely printed 'order of service' in a presentable box, maybe your marketing box )
