Wisper Internet - Mascoutah Arvostelua 94

Service is considered "weak" by my iPhone12.

The internet goes out a lot and the speed is slow and we pay the higher package for faster speed

I’ve never really had anything go wrong with my Wisper service. I’ve had one occasion when my service was interrupted and it was fixed the next day, but other than that Wisper is a good Internet Provider.

Great help. Only wish they had 24 hour hotline not just voicemail.

Your speeds just aren’t fast enough. I experience a lot of buffering while trying to stream multiple things at once. I’ve called and tried to upgrade my package but unfortunately I have been told that this is the highest I can go. As soon as a better service provider somer along I will be switching. This is really my only option at the moment.

The last time my internet did not work the rep was knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem

They care about their customers and strive to keep things working properly.

We like Wisper. We live in the country between Edwardsville and Bethalto. We lose service occasionally but it doesn't last very long. We stream movies on Netflix and Disney+. The customer service is usually very good too.

Worst internet provider I have ever dealt with.

We received excellent and extremely courteous service from the phone service to the technician that came and worked on our service. We are still having some times when the internet goes down and will get in touch if more is needed.

Can't game or stream 4k TV. Called many times over the years always the same answer (we need to upgrade or towers). This is the only internet I can get until starlink becomes available. My latency for gaming is around 200 to 400ms.

I live in a rural area and don't know what I would do without Wisper. Thank you for being there for me.

Company is the best they will work with you for anything you need. My only complaint is losing service/speed during bad weather.
