Internet cuts in and out. Currently sitting with no internet for the past 2 days. Unfortunately we rely on our internet for tv and work and can't do anything at the moment.

Appreciate the gentleman who came to install the system. He was honest and told us that the signal would not be good enough to work for us. We will send other customers to Wisper as we appreciate honesty. We use Wisper at home and have felt that you guys are the best. Now we know you are. Thanks.

Not great internet, kind of spotty, and 10mbps for $60 per month is the best package they could offer me (which is largely overpriced for low speed) but as the only other option I had available aside they were definitely an upgrade from Frontier. Especially their customer service. They're always friendly, helpful, and you can tell they aren't reciting some generic excuses from a script like the larger companies.

Whisper has excellent customer service and readily helps when needed.

This company is great! Friendly staff and the workers who came to install, did so in a timely manner and were very courteous. We had issues shortly after installation and it was fixed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

The jury is still out on the Friday crap show. However Micheal stepped in and defused the situation as best he could. I’ll know a lot more after Wednesday to determine if I remain a long time customer. Still wondering why this happened. Stay tuned.

They are on most of the time..mostly off for upgrades or after a storm..good choice and good price

Don't be late with a scheduled payment!! They shut you off on days when their offices are closed and you can't do anything about it!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

We love Wispernet... we hardly ever are down... good reception ...service is great

Our internet service has been down or intermittent for the last 2 months. We thought it was the weather or our extender as we could reset the modem and it would work intermittently…so we bought new extenders…since we discovered this wasn’t the problem.. I called whisper who at that time said…oh we can’t even ping your outside equipment… and it will be 5 days before they could come out…once he came and checked everything agreed it was an outside equipment issue.. but had to reschedule for them to come again 5 days later to actually fix the problem as the gentleman due to safety concerns (which we understood) did not want to get on the roof as it had recently rained. Once they came out and replaced the “radio” service still was intermittent at best…we pay for the max 25 and according to the service technician we were hitting 4-12 and believes there was an issue with the repeater. Two days later I had to call Whisper again as it is still not working…the gentleman did credit me 2 months of my bill which I greatly appreciate …but I had to request it…we were also told it would be 2-3 more weeks until they could evaluate the repeater. So, yes they did credit us 2 months of service at my insistance but so need internet services as just like everyone else in the world we are a teleworking family. Every representative has been very nice no complaints with that aspect of customer service. I am disappointed in the time delays. We hold our end of the deal in paying for services on time. I would expect the same for a company that I do business with. Very disappointed in the delays.

Always quick to solve issues in outages..always polite an nice by phone..just always pleased

We have had Whisper since March 2021. So far, we have been pretty satisfied. The only thing is the speeds seem all over the place at times. I wish I could get the 15mb package for the price of the 10mb. That's what most other ISPs charge for 15mb. Some days we have to deal with buffering and other aggravating situations, but not everyday. I can't say anything bad about Whisper, just wish it was faster for the price.

But, were we live outside of Johnston City, we only have 3 choices. Whisper, Frontier at 1.5 mbs DSL, or satellite. Right now Whisper provides the overall best option. They have good customer service, Everytime I've called or emailed them I've gotten a quick response. So, would I recommend Wisper? Yes, I would especially if you have limited options for Internet service.
