I ordered some bathroom panels on 12 August. Was promised within 7 days. When it did not arrive j was told they got damaged replacement will be sent out. I still haven’t received my order. They don’t take my calls and only reply to my messages with unfulfilled promises. I asked for a refund and still nothing. They don’t take my calls. Trying to get my refund. Terrible company.

24/8/2024. After the review above Wisebathrooms found my telephone number and demanded I withdrew it. The hand rail has now arrived, unbranded in an unmarked box with no manufacturers name or instructions. It was posted on the same day as the first review. But it is as shown and does the job

The vanity unit I ordered was out of stock but Fergus at Wise Bathrooms went the extra mile to find me a suitable replacement unit, even changing the handles to a different colour for me to fit in with my colour scheme. Delivery was very quick and the unit has completely upgraded my bathroom.

Customer service was non-existent. I placed my order in April. It arrived in August. There was no communication from the company about the delay. I sent numerous emails that went unanswered. I rang lots of times and it just rang and rang. When I did speak to someone they said they would look into it and ring me back - they never did. I got told twice they would be coming into stock that week and would be sent out to me. Nope.

Ordered a bathroom cabinet (around £250) with 3-6 working days delivery added. Despite multiple chasers the item has never been received. I chased the seller via email, telephone and their website chat. No one ever responds on the chat and my emails were never answered. The phone number on the website just leaves you on hold forever. I found an alternative number on google for the company which worked. It appears to forward calls to a mobile number. Spoke to the same guy a number of times but the updates were useless and promises made never materialised. Initially told item was damaged so had to order another. Then after about a month was told it had been dispatched. They couldn’t confirm any delivery details but was told it’d arrive between 10-2pm on delivery date. Of course nothing turned up. When I spoke to the guy the following week he said delivery had been attempted at 6:30pm that day but we were in and heard nothing. Last resort have had to claim money back through credit card company. Not sure if Wise bathrooms are dishonest or just incompetent (or both). Just order from somewhere else.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience ordering a sink from this company’s website. After placing my order, all communication through their chatbox ceased, leaving me in the dark about the status of my purchase. It felt impossible to get a straight answer when calling their customer service; I never knew who I was speaking to, and the representatives provided little help.

The service was painfully slow. It took an excessive amount of time just to get my order cancelled. Now, I’m stuck waiting for over two weeks for a refund, with no sign of my money being returned anytime soon. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer care is unacceptable.

Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs!

Ordered shower enclosure with express delivery, and the order confirmation was the last email I received from them. After many, many attempts to contact Wise Bathrooms to confirm delivery within the timescales (due to no dispatch notification, and no tracking), I was told it would be delivered a day late. Well that didn't happen either, and as my fitters were then gone, I was left without a shower. Managed to finally get through to them again, to request refund, but all I got was a text to say that the screen had been broken in transit (seems quite a popular excuse, reading other reviews) and that they would send another one out and offer to refund me just the shipping.
No good to me, so I asked for a full refund and cancellation... that's the last communication I ever had, as they failed to respond to emails, calls and texts.
Thankfully, I used Paypal who then refunded me, having had no excuse or feedback from the company.
Equally worst of any buying experience I've had for sizeable ticket items. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a replacement basin mixer tap and within 2 days I had received it.
Very good communication and updates from Wise Bathrooms and Fed ex as to the progress of my delivery .
I would like to mention Taj (sorry if not right spelling) as he dealt with my order.

Great service, price and prompt delivery

Contacted wise bathrooms I spoke to a guy and told him I have no online account , he took my order over the phone. My order came on the day he said in good condition very pleased. So can recommend wise bathroom’s with confidence.

The delivery was a lot quicker than anticipated

Ordered a vanity unit, took ages for them to confirm delivery date. Then they said they are ready to delivery product, but 2 days before delivery they said the product is damaged and would we like another similar product. Said yes as had fitters booked in. This was delivered but was not what we wanted. Requested refund on 15th May 2024, I still dont have my money!! Don't trust this company, absolutely rubbish.

I ordered a vanity unit nearly 6 months ago, due to an extended renovation time period. We didn't get round to checking it for a while. We opened the item and discovered there was a part with a small damage on it. My husband called Wise Bathrooms customer service and informed them of the issue. Mike said to us despite it being out their windows they would offer me a replacement part as a gesture of goodwill, which is excellent service. was very happy with the overall service from the initial order to delivery.

We needed a part which was discontinued by the supplier, asked wise bathrooms if they could supply it and they advised they had one in, I told them we needed it urgently and sure enough from placing my order I had the items a few days later.

Very poor customer service. As a trade customer I ordered a tap from Wise but after 3 weeks it hasn’t arrived. Original quote was 7 to 12 days. Contacted them on day 15 when they said it ‘should be with me by the end of the week’ but here we are and still no tap which I have to now tell my customer who is waiting patiently to be able to use her basin. I have now opened a dispute through PayPal and will source the product from elsewhere. An absolute waste of space.

Ordering was easy online. Delivery was to timescale. Price was the best I found.

The product was exactly as described and once the order was placed it arrived promptly.
However prior to making the order I found it difficult to talk to a sales person as phone would ring and ring for a long time without an answer. The online chat also was a waste as it was never answered.

I ordered a vanity unit and basin but no basin arrived although the unit did. I was told on enquiring that it had been damaged but no one informed me.
I was told another one was ordered and I asked for email confirmation but I never received any.
I rang again and was told you would investigate and come back to me but no one did.
I phoned again and was told they would investigate again and phone me again. They did phone this time and I eventually received the basin.
I did get what I ordered but I had to keep enquiring and was not kept informed which was poor.

What I liked to begin with is it all looked good. Then one of the panels on bath stated getting groves in it and the extraction stopped working. Contacted them to come have a look and sort out.we got accused of breaking it and asked for £150 to repair. Also waiting for mirror to be replaced. They also left all their stuff for 6/7 week before picking it up.now stuck with defective panel and no extraction. Stay away from them once you have paid that's it. Any problems you get they don't want to know and blame you for breaking it. Don't know why this is on wisebathrooms. As my comment is about proviewbathrooms. There on FB
