Wisebathrooms Arvostelua 

We ordered a compact vanity unit and washbasin which duly arrived on 11 November. On opening this we have been sent a black washbasin and not a white ceramic one as ordered. I have phoned numerous times, held on the line for 20 minutes before being told noone could take the call but someone would phone back. This never happens. I have emailed several times, got one respose, "Sorry someone will contact you to sort it out" noone does. It is now 9 December and I still have builders waiting to install. What a dreadful company I would definitely not recommend.

Delivery has not taken place despite order being placed over two months ago with delivery for 7-14 days. Have tried three times to ring customer service and never got off hold. Emails have not been responded to. ORDER #6784

Purchased a few items on the 11th Nov, no tracking number provided 1st red flag, contacted them for an update online, which the responded to said it will be delivered this week, but no tracking number 2nd red flag, messaged them again, they said they will chase it up, 24hrs later still nothing, messaged again today, no reply. The customer service is actually shocking, as I'm writing this message I'm on hold to them no one has answered, not holding my breath to recieve these items going from what other people have said, sad really. After posting this, had a phone call from Andy who assured me this matter will be dealt with, if you cannot deliver on your word, dont ask for favours, it does not take over 48hrs to sort out delivery for goods I purchased on the 11th Nov and still no tracking information, so I should be at home waiting like stale bread.

UPDATE! JAN 2026

So I eventually did receive my items, thanks Andy, BUT the tap was missing, not really surprised, asked for a refund for the missing part on the 9th December 2025 and he stated he has processed it and will be returned within 5-10 working days, still no refund, I even asked to return the sink as it was too big for the bathroom, no response. Contacted PayPay in regards to this, gave them all the information and they asked me to put a police report in, reported on fraud action, within 24hrs they closed the case stating insufficient evidence, which is disgusting as they didnt ask me for any evidence. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Having read the reviews I decided to risk placing an order with Wise Bathrooms as they have a very good website which makes the products look great. Unless I could pay via Paypal I would not have dared to try and I'm very thankful as Paypal have now refunded me. My experience was as others have predicted and my order did not arrive!!! Trustpilot is there for a good reason. Zero score for communication. They did not answer the phone or emails and their supposed tracking showing on my order did not function at all for me.

Ordered some taps for my bathroom sink. Instead of the separate taps I ordered I received a branch mono mixer tap. It did arrive quickly and well packaged, just the wrong item! I did email sales and have had a response. They are posting the new items this week and recovering the wrong item. So all good.

Absolutely do not purchase from
This company. We purchased a shower enclosure which has broken after 6 months. We have had difficulty to obtaining a replacement and not receiving any contact about the delivery of a replacement. We are now seeking legal advice and contacting our bank regarding a chargeback in the payment. We have received no information of where our replacement is. We were told delivery would be on Tuesday this week and still waiting for delivery as well as waiting for information of where the delivery might be. Avoid at all costs

Don't buy, scammers!!! I paid but nothing was delivered, they don't respond to emails, they don't answer the phone, I lost my money

I emailed to check that the radiator I was wanting to order was in stock and would be delivered within the advertised 4-8 working days. I received a reply almost straight away to confirm it would be.
When I hadn't received it after 9 days, I started calling and emailing. In total, I spent over 2 hours on hold on phone calls without ever successfully speaking to anyone. I also sent several emails, eventually getting a reply 5 days later. During this period, I realised that the item listing was also confusing, and in fact I had ordered a vertical radiator (I wanted horizontal). The listing clearly shows a picture of a horizontal one and the measurements indicate it to be horizontal.
I raised a complaint with Paypal and they have refunded me, 26 days after I purchased the item.
Awful company, who mislead customers and have zero respect for their customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Excellent experience with wise bathrooms. The ordered arrived quickly and very well packaged

Poor service
Paid for express delivery, item not delivered on time , in fact 10 days or more after order with no communication from the company .
When item was delivered was missing key component.
Communication with the company is almost impossible, phones not answered, emails rarely responded to.
multiple attempts and contact to obtain a refund for express shipping and the item that was not delivered with no clear communication as to how much they would refund.
Company would not transfer to relevant department that dealt with the above issues only able to contact them when they emailed myself and their replies were again variable/poor.
Product is of good quality yet unfortunately the customer service is shocking.

Fraud / scam DO NOT PURCHASE

Purchased items online which have never been received.
Emails have been ignored and phone rings out. Have phoned 12 times and managed to speak to someone who fobbed me off and said he would call back. No call back received. Accepted this as a scam now.

Paid for order end of July and shower screen has still not been delivered (End of Sept)
Repeated calls and emails both from myself and plumber all ignored
Extremely disappointed Would not recommend Impossible to speak to anyone who is interested in helping

no response to emails, no answer of phone, google maps show their address in Blackburn all boarded up and Companies House shows accounts are overdue

Order a brushed brass mirror cabinet. What arrived was cheap tin, painted a green/orange colour. No answer on their phone lines, hours of holding / calling. Emails not answered. Finally got the chat bot and then a human who told me they would collect it between 9-5 Friday. Day off work, but a no show. Now telling me Monday!!!

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Received an email stating that my order had been despatched via DPD. DPD had not received the order and had to chase several times.
When it did arrive the shower tray was Traymaster and not Crosswater as ordered. Despite promising to send out the metal waste cover it has still not been received.
Very difficult to get hold of via phone and when you do, you cannot trust a word they say.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Non existent customer service. Ordered a sink and paid extra for express delivery in 2-3 days. 2-3 weeks later and numerous chasing it still didn’t arrive. No reply to emails, continuous false promises to return calls. Finally asked for a refund two weeks ago and it still hasn’t materialised. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Waiting for credit card chargeback.

We bought an expensive toilet seat from Wise. It turns out to be made from some material which isn't waterproof! The seat is swelling and will have to be replaced. We contacted Wise by email on many occasions. No reply. We phoned no response.
We are left having to buy and pay again for the installation a new toilet seat.
