Winstone's Books Arvostelua

Winstones represents the very best of what an independent bookseller can offer - comprehensive book choice, inspiring events together with excellent, knowledgable and friendly service.

There were many things which made for a great experience. Firstly, there was the ease of actually ordering and then buying the book. Secondly, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Thirdly, that the book arrived within a couple of days and last, bit definitely not least, was the way the book was wrapped so beautifully, not just in protective cardboard but also with a most beautiful poster, which I am trying to think of how to display. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

Hunting Raven books in Frome is a real shop with real books run by real people who know a lot about books. Buying a book from them is a very human experience which is great for humans, like us.

My book arrived promptly and was very well packed. The book itself was wrapped up like a present which was a very nice touch. I would use them again.

Love to shop local, they make it so easy!

Very fast delivery. Thank you

Hunting Raven are always brilliant! Fast service and expert knowledge - always happy to help.

Great for visiting, browsing and buying, or online ordering and collection. Love the window displays - Keep business local !

Delivered in good time and beautifully wrapped. Excellent service.

Received with thanks

It was so easy to order the vouchers and my niece had no problem collecting them from your shop. My nephew used half of the voucher straight away and was delighted with his purchase. My family in Sherborne love your shop and I would not hesitate to buy vouchers from you again.

Always a pleasure ordering from Winstone’s Books.

Knowing what a great selection of books they have, I emailed through the website requesting book tokens to be sent. The reply was swift and to my amazement, they arrived the same day. A brilliant service, and thank you Winstone’s Book Shop.

Very easy to order and picked up next day. Great to shop local!!!

What an enterprising bookshop . Their shop window display draws you into investigate further. Putting on a book signing session is a real treat with a great fan base. Well done them.

The only down-side was the length of time it took for the gift voucher to arrive. Second class signed for is really unhelpful, especially if you're out all day. As it comes in an ordinary envelope it fits through the letterbox so signed for is unnecessary. A choice of postage methods and prices would have been better.
