Still haven’t received my order. They are dealing with my enquiry now. Customer service is very good. I received the review asking me to rate their service when I hadn’t received my order hence the original review rating.

We did email to explain 2 of the Margaret Roy books were listed on the Website as out of stock and that you have put them on back order.

From three ⭐️s to four!
Parcel arrived speedily. Books beautifully packaged. But one was the wrong title. Very disappointing as I needed it in a hurry and paid extra for FedEx delivery. No response to my emails to The Homeopathic Book Company. Such a pity because it would otherwise have been a top scoring service.
As a follow up to the above review - I am super happy to have received a kind response from one of the directors. The issues with dispatch have been addressed and the error will be rectified. I look forward to receiving the correct book and to further orders with The Homeopathic Book Company 💟. I am consequently amending my review from three stars to four. Thank you Tim.
