Avoid!!!! All seems well at first I deposited £25 and managed to win a lovely £800.

Asked the team on live chat what the verification process and withdrawl process was. Sent off all my documents to verify my account and within 24 hours my account was verified and I was able to withdraw the money. I was told withdrawals may take up to 36 hours. Now I’ve used a lot of gambling sites but never have I used one where the withdrawl has to go through 3 processes. First of all you request the withdrawl, the status will be submitted, then around 36 hours later it turns from submitted to pending, at this point you can still cancel the withdrawl even though winstlar claim it’s been approved on their end…. Now once it’s pending they say it’s out of their hands now and over to the finance department for it to turn from pending to approved….. I was told all along
It will only take up to 36 hours no where did they said I would have to wait an additional time for it to turn from pending to approved…. So far I have waited a further 24 hours and it’s still pending. So a total of 3 days I have spent waiting for my money to be released and remeber all along I am able to ‘cancel the withdrawl’ I honestly think they wait to process it in hope you cancel the withdrawl and play with it and lose all your winnings. I don’t know if I’ll end up getting this money at all but atm I am feeling incredibly doubtful! Close this site now!!! And do not deposit!

SCAM...
They've confiscatied my win for no reason. Just because I won a little too much...
Don't deposit on that website

SCAM SCAM SCAM
I have win 1500€, my account is verified, and they have confiscated my funds for:
"4.5.3. Gaming with active bonuses is restricted in the next slots”. You've played the game "Extra Juicy Megaways"
By the way I was allowed to play this game and never read this. They will search each points to cancel ur withdraw. Run away, betzino, banzai... but don't deposit funds on this website!!!!!!

There is no random number generator on this site and it is basically impossible to win on. May have attractive bonuses but if you deposit €50 euros you have to play €9,000 before it becomes withdrawable. The black Jack is shockingly fixed. Don’t pay by bitcoin as when you slightly over pay the €50. I did by €6, they only give you the €50 and keep the excess. As a gesture of good will as any reputable casino would, do you’d think they’d enhance their reputation by adding the excess. But no. This casino is all about rigged, not random and simply trying to get as much money out of you as they can. This is just after playing one day. Playing longer would certainly have drawn out more negative factors.

I have been playing here for couple of weeks. I enjoyed this Casino and my winnings with them. I can see few accusations and negative reviews which are totally baseless. I would surely recommend this Legit casino.

This company & their affiliates started sending me promotional materials via emails and texts in January this year, I sent requests for this to be stopped and was promised that it would, and would not receive anything of the sort 14 days from the day of my request, as I’m a former gambling addict and find promotional material very triggering! And that hasn’t happened and after trying to speak to support staff who have been unhelpful and downright rude I’m now left with no option but to pass on a complaint to the gaming commissioner and log a complaint with the ICO (very serious and has the potential for fines!) these companies need to wise up and understand they have responsibilities and regulations to uphold!!! I have no idea what their site or games are like but as someone who has experienced bad service from them with this issue I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use them! Another greedy gaming site! Look out to hearing from the ICO from me winstler 😉

HELLO GOOD FOLKS PLEASE READ THIS AND TAKE HEED WINSTLER ARE A TOTAL CON BAD PEOPLE SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR GAMES ARE RIGGED FACT I WAITED A WEEK FOR THEM TO VERIFY MY ID THEN THEY DIDNT SEND MY MONEY AFTER 3 DAYS THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS WELL VERY RARELY AND THEY ALLOW YOU TO TAKE BACK MONEY THATS WAITING TO BE OH VERIFIED FOR PAYOUT THIS IS PART OF THEIR SCAM DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY AND DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE THEY ARE CRIMINALS OF THE HIGHEST DEGREE AND SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN WHICH I AM IN THE PROCESS OF DOING THERES BETTER OUT THERE FOLKS DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR MONEY BEWARNED BE VERY WARNED PEACE

This site is very good, I deposit 240€ and play some slots and blackjack, slots paid me 500 And I won 150 on blackjack
Walked away with total 850€

This casino has by far the worst RTP iv ever seen. Totally understand you win some you lose some but with this casino you will lose all of them. If your lucky enough to bonus on a slot or god forbid buy a bonus absolutely nothing will drop. Better sites out there.

Curiously, the few positive comments have in common that they have more than one review and on the same sites. It is clearly seen that the few positives that there are are false made by them. So this smacks of casino scam. After depositing €50 with a 300% bonus, he has swallowed in machines that in other casinos give some money. Well, in this one he has not given anything. €0

Have gambled my money here a few times and so far the site is legit, games are legit, and withdrawed what I have won and received it all, just need to follow the rules and instructions they provide. As I said in the title WINstler - It's in the name!!! Thank you for the great site gentleman

Good games, but completely fixed. You can clearly see the jump in the games when their about to land on the bonus or free spins. Total fix! £1500 spent and £200 withdrawal. Be interesting how the withdrawal experience goes, but not expecting to see that money. Sham set up -AVOID AT ALL COSTS

defo scam website, not offical gambling website. stay away

The is an honest review from someone in the UK, the site isn't a scam, the games are genuine, the process and withdrawals are real, you just have to follow the steps correctly. You will get paid out, if you follow the rules....just make sure you look at the withdrawal limits, the verification process (got mine verified fine because I followed the steps). The one negative which may or may not be the casinos fault, is that the deposits incur a charge and they go to random accounts all over the world, this unfortunately leaves yours card more susceptible to fraud, I used winstler but after a couple of months my card got hacked, I never use it for anything, so there is always that risk, not guaranteed to happen, but a possible risk to factor in.

All in all, a good non gamstop website which good games that have a slightly lower RTP than standard sites.

Winstler casino are a scam and are not regulated by any one who responds or helps once your money is stolen.

They say Curacao are their regulator but I have emailed them since the 22rd of December, but with no avail.

Winstler shut my account because I won 53k and decided to use one of their many excuses not to play

Please ignore any 5 star reviews as they are not from real players.

They are not UK regulated and have no intention of paying big wins.

I have spoken to the Nevada gaming commission and they are working with other members to close these black market sites down.

If you just want to loose your money log in and join the scan so they can laugh at you!

Stay away !!! Scam. They won’t pay your winnings.

Had made some wins, and they dont want to pay with the reason that I had made the winnings with a bonus.

Not correct, since i have played the warning amount out. And the bets have been accepted.

bad casino , they leave your payout on pending for far too long in the hope that you will play it . They have not yet processed a withdrawal on time with me. I will choose another casino from now on. The deposit limits are also low. if you win 30,000 you can wait 3 months for your money

So fake!
Won 1000€ with a bonus. Bonus was 100% completed. With withdrawing the amount of 1000€ it is Cancelled and confiscated due to spins higher then 2€ per spin.
Never once there was a notification and even the website said bonus 100%. Now they won’t give back or pay out the amount won.

I have been playing here for a few months now and it is by far my favourite Casino this year. Had a lot of winnings with them and I am ending the year on a high with a 10k win over Christmas.

Can't wait to play more next year. Thank you Winstler!!!

Pretty much standard for a non GamStop casino. Hardly any wins or bonus rounds - I spent £100 in 20p spins, got one bonus round, which won me a fiver. Don't waste your money!
