winstler.com Arvostelua

One of the best online casinos out there, friendly web interface, different slots games from different providers, funny live casino, fast and instant withdrawal what a great experience

I'm not sure if I'm just stupid or if they try to scam me. I've sent them copies of my driver's license, ID, passport, electricity and water bill. KYC took ages and in the end they told me they couldn't process the withdrawal because of bonus breach and offered me a 20 € bonus that I had to wager 35 times.

Gebe deshalb nur ein Stern, den ich kann auch nicht viel dazu schreiben. Das einzige ist habe mich neu Registriert aber nichts passiert.

I wish there was a zero star option for this site.tried to verify my account but kept coming back with bogus excuses not to verify my account.minimum 100 euro withdrawal only favours them.do not join this site.its an absolute scam

So bad casino, they nor asking nothing when you deposit, but asking for everything when you want withdrawal. And withdrawal waiting for approve over then 5 days, they just hope you calncel you withdrawal, because buttom "cancel" is active always :D

So I’ll break it down, I’m signed up to Gamstop, and had had a few drinks and fancied a flutter, winstler popped up after a quick search. Now it’s not the first time I’ve gone down the path of casinos who operate a bit out of lines. After depositing £1,500 and getting that to £4,000, and then reading reviews I thought I’d never see it. Now, they have their rules, follow them, do not take bonuses, be polite, the process of withdrawal is not ideal for sure, max 1000eur per day, and it then goes to submitted, then pending then approved. Even at approved I didn’t think I’d get the money. But I did, admittedly my balance was less because I’d gambled during the wait period but Christ that’s what we’re there for, they didn’t force me to gamble, all in all from that deposit to money in the account was 7 working days. Don’t moan if you made the stupid mistake on any gambling site of agreeing to bonuses, play straight, know what docs you need and you will be paid. The live chat is helpful, and they do have access to most slots/providers, is it perfect? No. Is it a scam? Definitely not.

This is one of the best casino's I have played at, simply the games and bonuses they offer are unique. The weekend coming up I will be playing all day here only, I recommend it with both hands to everyone.

Scam. Bonus never had any big multi, s**t multi when u get big tumbler.
Stay away. They scamer

Total scam. Won 6000 withdrawal rejected.

Provided everything they have asked for to verify my account, but still not verified after trying for 2 weeks. I've had a withdrawal sat there doing nothing for a week and a half. It feels like I'm not going to see that money and they are waiting for me to cancel the withdrawal and lose it before they verify my account.

Winstler is a scam company! They approved my account and then cancelled my winnings and didn’t return my money for no reason. Customer support played a game that I used my deposited money for live casino and i should only play slots! How silly is that reason

Scammers! Beware people!! After verification they confiscate my winnings 250 euro only without a valid reason!!!! Please don’t use this scam so called casinos

ATTENTION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Grosse arnaque

Awful company, happy to let you spend thousands of pounds and lose with out asking where the money comes from as soon as you win they want every detail about bank account ect.ect which is fine as all companies do that but why not ask before you can deposit?? Then finally when you do win and try take the money out ! God .. I withdrew 1500 it was pending for 3 days untill I’m then told oh max withdrawal is 1000 please cancel and do 2 separate withdrawals .. which then sits pending for a week i with drew my money over 8 days ago still no sign of it … and dont bother with customer services takes them 3/4 days just to get back to you with a scripted reply that don’t help at all !! Took me 5 emails just to get them to shut my account down … if you like playing casinos avoid this one truly awful

They took out more money from my account without permission and will not answer emails or chat so having to go through bank to dispute payment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO !! SCAMMER ALERT !!

Don’t go near this site and ignore any positive reviews as obviously made up. They give absolutely nothing back and even if I did win something I bet they would make it as difficult as possible to withdraw. Stay away and save your money!

Finalement j’ai été payé ! Super casino , honnête pour le paiement des gains !!!!

AVOID this site worst site ever,I won 500,and it took me three weeks to get my winnings after spending a fair few hundred to win it,I opened account, this site allowed me to keep depositing until I had a win and wanted verification, most sites ask for ID before your allowed to deposit, not this site,I didn’t realise there based in the carribean, anyway I couldn’t send ID through my original email address on my old mobile phone so they would not release the funds I asked if I could change my email address and do from my iPad I had to write and ask permission,uk sites will do this for you I emailed them everyday for three weeks they made it as difficult as possible for me hoping I would give up,saying my winnings withdrawal had failed to my bank as it asked for my initials as it was on my card, they then said your full name I eventually got my money after nearly a month but also be aware I didn’t get 500 winnings I ended up with 423.00 as it’s euros,I closed my account they are by far the worst site I have ever used and customer service terrible, emails everyday were so frustrating do not use these foreign sites AVOID at all costs
