Pour s'inscrire et déposer son argent, aucun problème. Le dépôt est immédiat et aucune restriction ou autre. (Je précise que le compte est validé et que tous les documents fournis sont validés et ok)
Par contre quand il s'agit de retirer un gain, même une petite somme comme 30€, plus de 24h avec un statut en attente, "gain toujours pas encore reçu à l'heure ou j'écrit ce retour". Quand on veut prendre contact avec le service client, c'est le parcours du combattant car il faut passer par un chat automatique et très compliqué pour qu'il vous mette en relation avec un conseiller. Et lorsque vous réussissez à parlé avec un, il vous réponds que votre retrait est "en file d'attente" car d'autre joueurs attendent leur retrait, qu'il procède à des vérifications et que il ne peuvent pas me communiquer un délai de traitement. Donc en gros, on dépend des autres joueurs, on doit attendre dans une file que l'on ignore combien de personne réellement y figurent et on doit attendre plusieurs jours pour espérer avoir son gain. Pour moi, ça se résume à de l'arnaque et rien d'autre !

This casino was ok, until today, I wagered £210 and won £300 - i requested a cash out. I then got sent a bonus, which i played but did not win anything. Later in the day they cancelled my legitimate cash out and said i now needed to meet a wagering requirement as per the bonus, however the withdrawal request was made following a deposit of my own funds with no bonus or wagering requirement, i have proof of the times etc. However they keep cancelling my cash out saying i have a bonus wagering requirement and refuse to answer my emails. How can i get my money back? I cannot afford to lose £210 and i only ever gamble what i can afford given the winnings, I fell like i have been robbed and radio silence from this organisation, please avoid it if you can. Will need to see how to refer to relevant regulator to have them investigated.

This is a bad choice for online gambling. Firstly if you deposit £20 you normally get charged ~£21 due to exchange rates (which never seem to be in your favour!). The same when you withdraw!
I have also asked them repeatedly to close my account which they keep saying ‘email this address and someone will be in contact with you’ which is yet to happen after 5 emails!!
Best avoided!!

Once again another delayed withdrawal, this time on 150. Withdrawal was made on the 7th may. Today is 10th may, well past the maximum 72 hour timeframe. No explanation as to why this has happened.
